Poor Service and Awful Facilities ​We stopped here specifically because we needed a gas station with a bathroom while traveling cross-country from New Hampshire to Texas. This location houses a Dunkin' Donuts inside the ExxonMobil. ​The service for the Dunkin' was unacceptable. Even though there were virtually no other customers inside, we had to wait for several minutes for staff to appear to take our orders. They were nowhere to be found and very slow once they did finally show up. ​The bathroom situation was even worse. There is only one single, unisex bathroom for the entire location, and it was absolutely awful—dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. We were traveling with a desperate need and truly had no choice but to use it. ​We absolutely do not recommend stopping here, especially if you are counting on clean, accessible facilities during...

Quick, concise service, BUT their coffee temperature needs to be kicked up a notch!!! I sipped as I pulled out of the drive thru and the coffee was not hot. This was the 5th time I have been for coffee, not specifically at this Dunkin store, but others have similar issues. My coffee was finished in less than 10 minutes after I left due to it being pretty much 'slam down' temperature!!! I get the excuse that the creamer, sugar and flavoring cause it to cool considerably. Then YOU need to compensate for it. I'll be asking to have the flavoring, creamer and sugar placed in the cup first, stirred, MW heated and then coffee added, so it will be hot and drinkable within the next 30 minutes...

This is the closest coffee shop to my house so I really gave them many chances but never again. I typically order a mocha latte, which has been my favorite Dunkin drink for years. This place makes it incorrectly 50 percent of the time. I typically don’t complain because I’ve already left before I’ve tasted it and do not have time to return. Sometimes I end up driving to another location to get a properly made drink. The latte tastes watered down or made with burnt coffee. It never tastes like this from other locations.
