GameTime SportsBar & Grill — Restaurant in Lebanon

Have had great food and service in the past at both the Lebanon and Albany locations. Yesterday my sister, myself, and several friends went to the Lebanon location before the lunch hour. We received menus, but had to wait another 20 minutes to place beverage and food orders. The beverages did not show up until my fiance went to bar to inquire. The drinks were sitting on the bar but not served We waited an hour for our food. Burgers and fries do not take an hour. Other people ordered food and drinks while we waited. Some people received those while several couples paid for drinks and left after not receiving their food. My sister is a regular, so wanted to see how long it would take. We should have paid for drinks and left. My sister finally received her order; I only received part of mine. The server was cold, snotty, and ate her lunch in full view of customers at the bar. We will never return to the Lebanon location. A different server tried to bring the rest of my order while I was paying my bill. I was shocked at such poor customer service and bad attitude. My family has been coming here for years and everytime i visit i always go with them and it is always the most amazing time and service. Well for the 2nd day in a row of coming in with my service dog, due to my amputated leg, i came in with my brothers and sisters buying drinks and food, and our amazing waiter even brought water and chicken tenders for my dog and out of no where i was rudely told by some lady named Cassie, who never introduced herself(found her name out from the people there at the bar) or gave me any reasoning at all of why, but i was told i wasnt allowed to give my dog nibbles of the chicken that i not only paid for but was given and made seperately just for him by the waiters themselves. So i was told not to feed him or i can leave. Honestly blew my mind because my dog does nothing but sit in the corner by me and just get pets by anyone who walks by. Its also real bad when that ladies coworkers tell me how sorry they are on how rude she was and how theyve never heard of any such thing. I really do love this place but Cassie has forsure ruined it for me and my entire family and probably more people who witnessed...

I use to be a regular at game time, enjoyed their food and atmosphere, until I was attacked for no reason one night by one of there costumers, a police report was filed. I requested video footage from game time and the Lebanon police department involving the incident, however both were unable to provide me with the footage. Fast forward several weeks I was back, minding my own business when a group of people decided it would be socially acceptable to take over a lottery machine I was playing on, that still had my own money in it and the chair was tilted against the Machine, I confronted the group and was met with immediate opposition claiming there was no money in the machine and that the chair wasn’t up, they harassed me throughout the night and because I took a stand against this, I had drinks thrown on me and was kicked...
