Captains son was a very horrible representative to have in your store. They called due to a issue with order. They had the wrong number but we called the store because the number was one we still have access too via a family member. We call called the store to check in the order before leaving and they said all was fine. I get to the store and they said they are out of hot wings. I asked why we weren't told that over the phone. Captain son proceeded to call me a liar over and over again and repeatedly mention how he believes it's a lie. Not once did his manager stop him but the minute I said anything back the manager than wanted to berate me and tell me I was in the wrong and wanted me to leave without even refunding the order. I will be taking this one step further because no one should have to deal with that again. I truly believe captain son is the one we talked to and he just didn't want to own up to his mistake. He looked very frazzled and sweaty and does not seem to be capable of handling the day to day task at the store. I would like to add that I did start saying things to him as well but only after about 15 times of him calling me a liar and his manager letting him, so I thought it was fair game since the manager didn't want to reign things in sooner. Just cause you can tell someone to leave your store doesn't mean you get to berate them and expect no...
Read moreFor fast pizza, at a low cost, this place is great. But slow to process the order. I sat at the open window for ten minutes, not greeted, two people pass by, and nothing. Customers want friendly service, not just the food. Welcome the customer, acknowledge them, and greet them, if things are busy, greet and state you will be with the customer momentarily. I have seen people get frustrated and leave the window to go to pizza hut. And the drive through location is nerve racking. Waiting behind the previous customers, you are pretty much blocking the lot or sitting in the path of one traffic side. Also, pulling away from the window, you have to cautiously pull forward, and make sure those drinking next door don't walk out around the sneak corner. If they say pull around and wait, realize there is limited parking in front of the food service place. Can't complain, pay a certain price to feed the kids, but sometimes I wish there was more courtesy involved with the customer service skills. Some days you gotta catch the right server to feel welcome. Smile at the window. Sorry you're not feeling the greatest to greet, but you want your customer coming back with great reviews, no matter how much your personal life is bugging, smile at every customer, then sulk face when...
Read moreThey were kinda busy but that shouldn't effect your customer service the first girl who was taking orders at the drive thru obviously was friends with the group of people in one car since she hanging out the window talking to them the whole time and then some and then when we pull up sge justed walked away didn't greet us or say I'll be right with you! No acknowledgement what so ever and we sat there for almost 6 min before some other girl came to the window with a sour attitude and said to us.. What do you want? I gave her my order which contained crazy bread and she said .. Nope no bread anything else? I said well I guess just the pizza then. And we ended up with tthe sogiest pizza ii've never had a pizza that was swimming in pizza sauce. Definitely different ! I completely understand things can get a little overwhelming when it's busy but that's no reason for poor service and soggy pizza I can only think of a few times when service was pleasnt and I do get pizza there 4 or 5 times a month its close and fast and can't beat the price when you don't want to cook but they have very poor attitudes towards their customers...
