Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lebanon

Second time we have gone. First time was good but the tomatoes at the salad bar tasted spoiled and were soft and squishy. Second time was far worse. Again spoiled tomatoes. Same rancid taste. and squishy when you bit into it. YIKES. spot for 4 pizzas on the bar. 2 were the same meat with olive/mushrooms being eaten very slowly. one was a jalapeno something pizza. Being my husband can't have the mushrooms or olives or jalapenos. And i'm not crazy about jalapenos. We waited for another pizza. You could tell the jalapeno had been there a while was dried up and rough looking. If no one wants to eat it. Pull it and replace it with good fresh one. As soon as a cheese came out people swarmed it. And waited again for another flavor to come out. It was literally like circling buzzards as soon as someone popped into view with another pizza people were up stalking it. I mean seriously don't place several people are eating extremely slowly. And be very slow and stingy with 1 spot on the bar with neutral pizza. As there was a lot of kids in there. we left the cheese pizza alone. Knowing this is a child fare. And that's just rude. I'd rather make sure the kiddos eat. Cranky kids is just no fun. 1 slot out for pasta last time there was 2 varieties. The pasta was some sort of alfredo. It was extremely bland. I've tasted better sauce from a can of Great Value alfredo sauce. This time they just tossed out extra breadsticks to fill 3 of the 4 slots there. So in my honest opinion the ratio of food to value was pretty poor this time. worse than the last time. In my honest opinion spend a little more and drive to Albany for Izzy's. More food, FRESHER food, more variety. constant hours. This place is hit or miss. We've gone in at different times. Apparently bar not open Saturdays. And it's open limited hours in the very early day. And no guarantees as to food consistency. It's apparently whatever we felt like tossing out there for people to eat. I would figure weird stuff like jalapenos and things few eat would be on request or special order. Not tossed out for general use when there's...

We went to Pizza Hut for a rare treat since my hubby hasn't been there before and I myself hadn't been back for a long time. Well, I promptly remembered why I hadn't come back when we went in. The lady at the front greeted us with no smile and gave the impression that seating us for a dine in was the last thing she wanted to do that night. I even asked her if it was "okay" that we wanted to dine in because she was very off putting. After we were seated and given menus we must have been promptly forgotten about, didn't even get water. There were kids there which is great for a family place but the kids were absolutely screaming the entire time. Jumping on tables jumping off the seats running around like crazy. I have 3 kids.. if mine were acting like that I'd take my dinner to go and go home. It was just too much. After 40 minutes of waiting (yes we were able to order finally) we decided enough was enough and we headed out the door. As we did we saw our order was ready so we grabbed it and paid but even as my husband looked at the food he asked her if that was the whole thing. She said, "Yup that's what you ordered." Charged us and promptly went into the back. It...

So I must say the food there is awesome I like going and purchasing a dessert every once in awhile to enjoy at home. But tonight when I went there and ordered just one single order of 10 Cinnabon Minis at 10:00 at night with not even a single car in the parking lot I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my order! This is absolutely ridiculous during lunch hour then yeah I could understand but really 10:00 p.m. and it takes 45 minutes? I don't know who they have working there but it sounds like they spend more time doing everything other than what they're supposed to be doing in getting orders out the door. I had plans to do some grocery shopping at Walmart tonight but because my order took so long I ended up having to cancel my plans to go grocery shopping for another day. If you are in a hurry or want Speedy service I would not recommend this place I literally had to sit at the pickup window for almost 10 minutes just for them to come to the window they need to step their game up I will not be returning unless they figure out what Speedy service means and not taking 45 minutes for some cinnamon rolls.
