Read moreWent into the store around 7:55am to get biscuits for my daughters party was told one price over the phone by a night manager go into the store this morning was told another price the manger Renee chimes in from the line she doesn’t get a discount nobody gets that discount I’m confused because I’m just here to get what I ordered she goes back & forth while the line is full of people and proceeds to say I’ll give “HER” 10% that’s it first off I didn’t ask for anything but why not come speak to me instead of screaming from the line about how whoever told me that was gonna get fired or whatever while the line is out the door like that doesn’t matter then you tell me to get out of your store and don’t come back after I paid my 35 dollars for 18 biscuits I call the store and she argues back & forth over the phone with me about how her manager “BRIAN” knows all about what happened today and that he’s expecting my call lol just wow! Read moreRan out of eggs (except for fried, so I had to order a super bacon egg cheese biscuit.) Overcharged me for a super bacon egg and cheese, cashier told me it didn't come with cheese so charged extra. Pointed out at the sign behind her says it comes with double cheese and double bacon. She asked a coworker if it came with cheese and he confirmed it to her. Still charged me extra for the cheese, didn't give me a receipt. The super bacon egg and cheese only had 3 pieces of bacon and 1 slice of cheese. 3 is not double of any whole number, 1 is not double of any whole number. The wait (inside the building) to order and get my food was about 25-30 minutes.
This is the worst hardees I've been to and probably the worst restaurant I've been to this year. Incompetent at best and criminal at worst when you consider how many people they could rip off in a day that can't do simple math.
