I’m visiting from out of state and where I live there’s lots of pottery painting studios, two which I work at. When I found this place I was real excited. I should have taken it as a red flag and left immediately because the employees will not check up on you, they will not communicate what to do, and their customer service is horrible. Another red flag is that they hand brush their clear glaze. Your pieces will come out frosted, glaze starved, and will be ruined. They also refuse to take notes or special considerations for your pieces, so I have a piece that was completely ruined. They also “touch up” your chipped pieces with Sharpie hoping that you don’t see that they chipped your piece. We spent 100+ dollars there and 3 out of 5 of our pieces are ruined. Extremely unhappy and am at home in another state with frosted, glaze starved and sharpie marked pieces.

Read moreA lady said hello but had her back turned to us the entire time. She didnt explain the process, just left us to figure it out on our own. There was no instruction on how to use the pottery paint. The women stayed in the back the entire time without checking on us. Paint was misnumbered and then gave us paint without telling us which colors were which. We wanted to paint more but we were too nervous to ask for more paint. It was an awkward...
