Kansha Japanese Express — Restaurant in Lebanon

I'm not sure about the food and I don't mean to review the food. However I went inside during lunch at 12:20 on Saturday. Place was empty. Not one person said a word to me out of 4 employees. 3 in kitchen and one host. I waited 10 mins at table and made eye contact with host. He never greeted me or offered a menu or drink nothing. Then goes and start a restocking the mini fridge. I'm sorry that's piss poor customer service. Walked out.

No sign posted not one suggestion or comment from host. If you see a customer waiting for 10 min why not say Sir I can help you at counter. Second any place with a dine in area and tables and a host can say a freaking word to a customer. I'm sorry but it's totally unprofessional as I experienced it. I see your reviews are good but today was a complete fail.

We recently ordered from Kansha. We accidentally ordered from the Lebanon location instead of Spring Hill, which is over an hour away from our home. We called Lebanon and they confirmed they would cancel and refund our order, but never did. The Spring Hill location has always been so kind to us, and truly has better customer service than other restaurants in our area. They had assured us that this happens all of the time between the two restaurants and that the other location would make it right. They never did. For this reason, we will not be doing business with the Lebanon location in the future, and we do not recommend others support a business with such poor integrity and customer service. Calling all sushi lovers, this is the place for you! Even first timers will love the sushi here. Our 11 year old daughter had a blast sampling all the rolls we purchased. 5 star mentions: OMG roll (deep fried deliciousness), Summer Roll (mango salsa on top, jalapeño inside, spicy crab, cream cheese and avacado—hello taste buds!!!), Lebanon roll (deep fried, salmon, crab, cream cheese, spicy Mayo) and per special request from our daughter, The Caterpillar Roll!
