This place is a total disappointment. My chicken salad was so fresh, it was WARM!! Crackers were stale. When I told them about it, they didn’t care?? Really!? And the total reason I stopped was to get the homemade banana ice cream I had been trying to get since June! Their machine has been needing repair since then. They finally posted on their FB page it was working. I asked when I got there if it was working. They said “yes”. When I ordered my soft serve ice cream (after my WARM/YUK chicken salad), I’d been waiting for since June, they brought me hand scooped ice cream. I said I wanted soft serve. They replied “it is”. I said no it’s not! They argued with me and insisted it was. I said no it wasn’t. They finally told me it came out of the soft serve machine yesterday and had been in the freezer. I said that I wanted the soft serve out of the machine today/now. They said the machine was broken! I was so furious!! So they lied about their machine and made no apologies for this. I had to DEFINE soft serve for them. DQ-soft serve and Baskin Robbins-hand scooped!!! What a total disappointment they were! I’ll NEVER STOP THERE AGAIN. DONT WASTE YOUR TOME EITHER. 🤦‍♀️🤬 they were so rude about the situation!! What ever happened to the saying that “the customer is always right?” And I actually really...
Read moreI live in the highlands of Louisville. Louisville's food scene is top notch for its size and I've traveled extensively. I'm from Campbellsville originally - and I'm proud to know this place. Their burger and other delicious food is unmatched. There are a lot of 'gourmet' burgers that are amazing in L-ville but this place is in its own class. The place is AMAZING. if it was here in the highlands it would take over the city. i hope it stays successful in lebanon. can't wait to have some more when I drive through to come visit my mom in...
Read morePaid for a S'mores sundae and I only got half a sundae in my opinion. The pictures online versus what I actually received were completely different. I paid a premium of $6 for my sundae, while my wife ordered just a regular hot fudge sundae for $4.50. Her sundae was way bigger than mine. Also the service wasn't great. They did one sundae, then the other, so her sundae was melted by the time mine was done. Made me sorry I didn't just go buy a gallon of ice cream instead. It would have been much cheaper...
