I placed a $50 something dollar order on 10/16/21 through Grubhub , for delivery to my house , which is advertised on their front counter. After the food was dropped off , and driver gone , we realized one plate of food was an incorrect order. Also we were shorted a large Fanta drink. Texted the driver who said he would see what he could do about it , and never heard from again , after already getting his tip. My niece called the store. They said they were out of Beijing beef so they substituted. I drove to the Lebanon Panda Express just to see Plenty of Beijing beef on the line. I told Rammy or Remmy exactly what had happened and they at first refused to give me any food or my shorted drink and blamed Grubhub. They kept asking me for a receipt I said there was no receipt in the bag the driver never gave us a receipt and we ordered online. They continued to tell me they could not find my order even in their computer system. Gave him my name and address again confirmation numbers and even brought the incorrect order back to their store which was untouched ,which I just ordered and they delivered. Just prior to me coming up there. They refused to give me a refund. But after some arguing in front of customers with them they decided to give me the correct plate of food but refused to give me my drink they shorted me on. Long story short , I ended up having to pay for another drink because they refused to give me one. The store blamed GrubHub and GrubHub blamed the store. I couldn't get a refund and they still never fully replaced my order which I paid for in time gas and another drink. Neither one will ever get another dollar from me and I will be calling corporate offices. On top of that the Chow Mein noodles were sticky and stiff as if they have been sitting out for a long time and the food tasted old....
Read morePanda Express has great food but I have two complaints: one is their portions are small for the price. Usually Chinese food is inexpensive and you get more than enough food. It was enough for 2 middle aged adults but not enough for a teenage boy. Two, I have to complain about their customer service, especially with the manager. I had a dish that was too spicy to even eat. My husband, who likes hot food, could not even enjoy it. They did tell me it was a spicy dish when I ordered it. I came back to complain because I think they should have expressed how spicy. They argued with me for 10 minutes and finally agreed to give me a small spoonful of something else! I didn't necessarily feel they had to give me something else, but their attitude is what was wrong. I could have asked them to clarify how spicy but If they would have at least apologized, even said there was no refunds or exchanges but maybe just thanked me for the suggestion and maybe they would make sure they told others how hot it was, something to justify my complaint, that is good customer service. I didn't raise a fuss. I took my complaint to the manager and she had a bad attitude. Not good for a...
Read moreI have stopped going to Panda Express after many issues since it opened. I love Chinese food so it's hard for me to stay away. The food at this location is never the issue, it's how long it takes you to get it. Many times I have waited 20+ minutes in the drive through with just me in the drive-thru. Finally, after I'd finally had enough, I tweeted them and said I'd never come back. Not once have they offered to discount my food or give me something extra for the long waits. Not even the corporate Twitter account did anything but ask me to fill out a survey.
I'm writing this review sitting inside this location for the last time. After the tweets I'd said I wasn't coming back. Well, it's been about 5-6 weeks and I'm giving them one more chance. My wife and I placed our order at 11:08am it is now 11:32am and I'm writing this review instead of eating because WERE HAVING TO WAIT. Forget this place.
(We never order anything other than orange chicken and fried rice or Shanghai chicken. It's always the most common thing and they're...
