The Vape Place — Local services in Lebanon

Beware of The Vape Place! I had an unpleasant experience when I went looking for their most potent and best-selling product. They recommended the 2-gram disposable Modus vape, but it had zero effect - no THC high at all. When I spoke to the store manager, Isaiah, about the issue, he dismissively pointed to their no-return policy and blamed me for not knowing my tolerance level. He displayed poor customer service skills, seemed high and had a snarky attitude. I ended up spending $50 on a useless product and received a rude response when I asked for a refund. I strongly advise against visiting The Vape Place and will not be returning.

UPDATE (Many months later): Today, I encountered Isaiah again while shopping at Kroger. Unexpectedly, he comes up behind and taps me on the shoulder saying my 1-star review resulted in a raise for him. Apparently, his boss reviewed the footage and expressed pride in his decision not to refund me

Isaiah's decision to approach and provoke me, a customer who has already expressed dissatisfaction, greatly deepens my frustration. I gained nothing from the product - only a burnt throat and nostrils from the surfeit of chemicals in it. Now, I'm being taunted about it in a public setting, months later?

One of the better vape shops in town. I have bought multiple items from them and always have a pleasant experience. Isaiah is very helpful and knowledgeable. He always recommends the best juice for me. One of the last times I went in there I needed a new vape. He recommended the one I have now which is the Centaurus by Lost Vape and I absolutely love it. I come to the Vape place all the time. the last few times I have been in there has been a young man who is working that while he was very nice, he was not very helpful. well I went in today and a very nice young man was working . He was amazingly helpful, amazingly nice, and just a fresh sight to see. I will keep coming back to this place because of the stellar customer service I received today. thank you...
