Just left the walmart beside the gamestop waiting for them to open by the door some random dude holding his miserable child in 40 degree weather with no coat on called me a scalper and proceeds to rush into the building when they open asking for 151 pokemon cards and prismatic evolution then while me and a friend are talking about a pokemon bowel the man behind the counter cuts us off telling me we can only have 2 tins of pokemon cards mind you there's 2 packs in each tin each pack has 10 cards which is kinda ridiculous because I grabbed 3 wanting different lids on the tins but then my friend bought 2 tins and a box of pokemon cards he didn't say anything to him about that I guess that's a win for him then we listened to him complain to a woman about his manager about game stop policy and said his boss was wrong and didn't like him I don't get how that's anyone's problem but sure man whatever helps people sleep at night to get there pokemon cards also at the time before the tins i only own 60 cards just started collecting two months ago I wouldn't recommend this...

Called the store to get a game that had just released, Star Ocean Second Story R, and was told they didn't bring in their distro yet. It was 5 pm and the store closed at 8 pm. I went to dinner that night and thought i'd swing by after to get it. 7 pm the employee chatted with friends and as he passed me greeted me but didn't ask me if I needed anything. I grabbed the "gut" copy off the wall under "new" and went to check out. After some time of him chatting with his friends as I stood right in front of him he finally just looked at me. "Yeah, people have been calling about that but I havent brought in the distro yet."

It's now an hour before closing and you have the copy on the floor but no copy available for customers. I used to work at Gamestop and let me tell you those New stickers print first thing in the morning when you open. Also, what if I had reserved it? I know as a person that has had a box of distro in the back with a new title in it that I have gone to the back and gotten those games for people. He...

Ive litteraly been going to this gamestop for 15 straight years and never had problems unti now all of a sudden they hire a new red haired red beard employee dont know his name as he's extremely new and extremely disrespectful and I bought a stress ball tore up and carried it in and ask would be replace it and he said no idk how you busted it and still had receipt and I didnt even want cash back just to exchange since it tore up the same day i got it but was extremely disrespected and made to look stupid and now I'll refuse to ever come back to a gamestop that can't respect there customers so please dont waste your time ever coming back to a gamestop who doesnt value...
