First time, but certainly not the last! Frankie’s On 2nd is a hidden gem in the heart of Leechburg, PA. Upon entering, you’re welcomed by the warm atmosphere of a large crackling fireplace, soft music playing in the background, and seasonal Christmas decorations. Of course the biggest attraction is the food. Quality and quantity wrapped up together with fair prices, all in perfect harmony! Even in a hard economy, you can grab yourself a comfortable sit down breakfast or lunch (or even Thursday night Pasta! - heard several other patrons raving about the Lasagna) and walk out feeling full both in stomach and wallet. Now, where can you match that? Hard to believe, but the friendly and attentive service nearly surpasses the food as the biggest reason to come check out Frankie’s. Sue was my server and she was prompt, friendly, social - everything you’d want elsewhere but should come to expect at this establishment. Turns out, Sue is also co-owner along with her husband Frank; and I must say I found them to be honest, down to Earth, and seemingly hard-working people. Frankie’s On 2nd is coming up on their 1 year anniversary this December and I, for one, am very excited to have a place that I can recommend where they go out of their way to make you a repeat customer. Trust me when I say that this place leaves no excuses to plan a return, including call-ahead pick-up / take out!!! Enjoy!! You can thank me later. PS: I wasn’t prepared for the bounty of delicious food that awaited me. Highly recommend the Frankie’s Hungry Breakfast. The food didn’t last long enough for additional pictures. 😉🥓🍳🥞

Absolutely fantastic local restaurant. Frankie’s knows what they’re doing. I’ve been a regular customer for years, zero negativity. Breakfast is a winning choice here, though all of their food is satiating. My recommendation would be the country omelet, but yinz can’t forget to bring your stretchy pants, trust me. If you get there early, you basically eliminate any wait time, it’s truly great. Their service is much above expectations, and their staff is always so polite and chatty. The atmosphere is welcoming and bright. They have plenty of table and booth options available . There are even some premium booths by the window that are an absolute delight to enjoy a meal at. If you’re a local, in the surrounding area, or just passing through, don’t pass up an opportunity to visit. Quite Frankly, they’re the best around for what they offer.

I don’t know why this place isn’t busier? Steeler game maybe? We had a great breakfast, I had an omelet made my with cheddar and feta cheese with a side of ham, potatoes and Italian toast. Couldn’t eat it all! Server was good and the place is clean and well maintained. Even the restroom was spotless and big enough for wheelchair use if needed. It was decorated for Christmas and had a nice fireplace. Frankie’s is only a few minutes from all the busy traffic from 66 and 356, and right down the street from Sprankles Market. Give it a try!

Hello, Went to Frankie's, for the first time since it had recently opened...My wife and I were not disappointed. We were greeted warmly , and immediately seated and our drink order was taken quickly ... There was nice music , atmosphere was very nice as people talked quietly. Everyone was getting checked on regularly, to see if they need anything ...Our food arrived in a timely fashion and it looked delicious!! My wife and I had ordered breakfast and it was large portions and hot....Our meal was very good ! Our waitress and hostess were very nice ! It was a great meal! Prices are comparable to other Restaurants, but Frankie's, is a cozy place with nice 70s music playing in the background....moderate sized city parking and handicap accessible...We are planning to go back again! This is a hidden local gem , that needs more attention..If you are close and are hungry, check it out ! You will not be disappointed! God Bless, Keith...I'm sorry I do not have pictures at this time ,...
