There is no excuse to have to wait an hour for food and on top of that recieve the awfulest and rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I got there exactly at 7pm and ordered the 30 pc wings and Fries with sauce on the side. I got to the window and the girl (I do not know her name) she didn't speak she just took my card handed it back to me and my receipt and my bag that felt lite for a 30 pc. Being considerate to the car behind me I got in a parking lot there & opened the box and counted 15 wings. 15 dried up not fresh wings that apparently have been sitting under the light but that wasn't even the upsetting part. They shorted me 15 wings. I'm thinking ok so glad I checked now vs assuming they were all there and driving 30 mins home. I went back through the line and stopped and the speaker to let them know I was missing 15 pieces of my 30 pieces of chicken. The same girl over the speaker was extremely rude and told me to drive around so I did. When I got up to the window I also let her know that I didn't get any sauce at all that I requested and she literally looked at me like I had feathers growing out the top of my head. I said, "Sauce...... you know that goes on the wings." Then she rolled her eyes and said ok pull up. I said, "Ok.... to where..... any empty space?" & She just said, "Yeah."
I waited ...... & waited....& waited saw so many people come and go and they still hadn't brought my food. I was not dressed to go in plus I had my baby with me otherwise I would've gone inside but I went around BACK to the drivethru this time skipping the speaker and went straight to the window. There was another girl this time and I asked her (mind you it is literally 7:45pm I had been there since exactly 7pm) "Did yall forget about me?" She asked me what was my order and I told her I was the 30 piece wing order and she then asked the same girl who took my order where my wings were and she YELLED in the ugliest tone that they just came up and she was getting them. The lady she yelled at was yep.... the manager that was on that shift. So instead of her facilitating as a manager should and making sure I got my order (that I had been waiting an hour for) guess what she does?..... She walks off into the back of the store somewhere. This is what happens next, another girl with curly hair came to the front and stood by the girl who took my order. I watched the girl who took my order literally get my chicken...... place it in a bag.....walk to the cooler & grab some ranch and put it in the bag and instead of handing it to me or sitting it on the counter if she needed to add something else to the bag guess what she did........ SHE WALKED IT TO THE BACK OF THE STORE & out of my view where I could not see her. That was the upsetting part. There was absolutely no reason at all for her to take my chicken to the back..... for what??????............... I had already been waiting so long and if you did not want to hand me my food why are you even working with the public anyway??????? If she can't be kind and courteous to a customer she should have stayed at home. She made me wait some more then finally the other girl with the curly hair came from the back with my bag of chicken and handed it to me out the window. No "sorry for your wait." No "Have a nice day" or anything. She handed it to me and walked away. I yelled back "Have a nice night." & Would you believe me if I told you that girl rolled her eyes at me? I asked to speak to the manager which was the same girl from earlier that allows teenage girls to yell at her when she instructs them to do something, I told her that if those young ladies don't want to work in the public they should've stayed home and that I wanted my money back and they could have the chicken back I do not want to eat the food or do business with a people like this. Read moreI ordered online! Now online isn’t the restaurant I realize that! 4 piece chicken fingers with coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy. At 8:34 pm it said pickup at 9:15! I get there at 9 25 and have to wait. Which in itself is not a big deal, I’ll wait. Few minutes girl hands me my bag, and states “ we gave you mashed potatoes, but without gravy we don’t have it” So why didn’t you give me a choice? Maybe I would have took something else? And I didn’t even have butter at home! Wasted! Anyway this is the way I was handed this meal. In a tray box, instead of a go box . Just not a good visit at all! So I’ve decided not to return. Shame late nights at work it was really good like 3 months ago. I think they changed nighttime management or something it’s been terrible last 3 or so months.
Mr Jack, I really want to thank you for offering me to have plenty of gravy when I come back! But after this response I would have to pass! If you cared to learn what we are saying (reviews) is that your hired few employees working at night indeed don't want to be there and it shows in service. I wrote a review a while back to glow about this Jacks! Awesome service and food. But for the last about 6 months it's sucked! I feel bullied now, made fun of because I got no gravy. Read moreThey were quick to take my order. And they were very fast to get me to the window and allow me to pay for my food. But after that everything just seemed to hit the brakes. They instantly asked me to pull over into one of the parking spots adjacent to the drive through window. There were 3 cars already parked there bit I didn't pay them any mind as I assumed they were some of the employees. Well once I hot over there and before I could get out of my door I noticed that these cars were others they has asked to pull down so our time would stop and it would look like they had taken care of us. Well just a few words of advise if you're going to practice a method like this. 1. If you are going to keep taking other people's money amd.filling up your parling.lot with drive through customers then atleast have.someone working on their food. And this should also allow you more time to ensure that our order is correct and for the love of God HOT!!!. I shouldn't go through a drove through to have to park without my food for over 15 minutes only to receive the wrong order amd without any dipping sauce for my chicken tenders. Chicken Tenders that were very crispy almost to the point of not even being able eat. And I wasnt the only order messed up.
