Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Leesburg

First time coming in to this location. Got a chicken burrito bowl with all the toppings. Portion was very generous. The food, however, was too salty for my taste (even more so than usual for a Chipotle). Also got a fountain drink.

The staff were patient and friendly. They also make a round in the dining area every so often to sweep and clean up. Only thing I noticed really cleanliness-wise was fountain soda dispenser looked a little bit icky with some build up of whatever it is on the side: little bit grossed out when I noticed. The bathroom was a little bit messy when I went in to wash my hands as well. I'm not sure if it's because they're coming off a busy hour or something.

This location is quite busy with a lot of mobile orders and take aways. I sat in a corner, though, so the hustle and bustle and the noises that come with a busy location didn't really bother me much. I think it's a real chill location even with a lot of foot traffic.

Overall okay service and okay food. Wouldn't particularly go out of my way to go here, but will stop by if I'm hungry and...

Unfortunately, someone from corporate likely needs to drop in and check on how this location is trained to run. Quality, attention to detail, accuracy: all lacking in execution.

We have ordered from this location about once a month since they opened. We have seen a drastic decline in the past 6 months to the extent that today will be the last order. It’s everything you might expect: incorrectly followed orders, over cooked/burnt chicken, pico de gallo that’s all onion, missing paid sides, unsalted chips, small bowl portions that don’t even fill up half the container, browning guac, and more. Over time, this all adds up. Now, the corporation corrects some of the mistakes when you reach out via the app/help but unfortunately you are still left with a below expectations meal that just doesn’t satisfy.

It’s not worth the risk to go to this location and be left disappointed. That being said, the staff is quite friendly face-to-face. Never had anyone who was rude or disrespectful.

Worst experience my family has had with a fast food restaurant! We did an in app order they forgot a quesadilla so we called back and they said to come pick it up we drive back there and they go oops we’re actually out of cheese. As my family is talking to the staff one of the workers leaves and says hey I’m taking a quesadilla. Then we finally sit down to eat and realize they forgot the chicken and sofritas for one of our bowls and barely gave any chicken in a bowl for one that was supposed to have double.
