My family and I just had the most delightful lunch at Popeyes on leesburg and I couldn't wait to share our wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly greetings from the staff. It immediately set a positive tone for our meal. As we placed our order, the staff member assisting us was incredibly attentive, patiently answering any questions we had and ensuring we had everything we needed. Their kind tone and genuine enthusiasm made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. I must give a special shoutout to Manager Alex , who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. He personally check in on our table to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our order arrived promptly, and everything looked and smelled absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy and flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning. Despite the restaurant being busy, our food was served in a timely manner, and it was evident that everything was freshly prepared with care. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and it was clear that quality ingredients were used in every dish. Overall, our experience at this Popeyes was nothing short of fantastic. Read moreI stop by this Popeyes drive-thru fairly frequently as it is on my commute route home. I normally only pick up something small for the ride home, but today I was bringing dinner to my family. 2 of the 3 meals I ordered were perfect, but my own meal was incorrect (3 chicken strips instead of a bacon&cheese sandwich).
It was busy, so I figured there had been a mix up. I really wanted the sandwich (as it was a change from my normal order), so I brought the food inside. The person who I ordered from showed me the receipt (which I was not given at the drive thru) and it said #3 like I ordered, but it was not the #3 that was posted on the signage in the drive-thru or inside.
In all of this confusion over the combo number, an employee, who I assume was a manager, asked what they could do to fix this. They gave me the sandwich thought I’d already ordered and I was on my way.
The employees listened to my issue and found a way to resolve it. They were able to calmly deal with me, who was tired and perhaps a little hangry. I appreciate the courtesy shown.

Read moreI saw another post about ants on the counter i told the guy the last time I was there almost 2 months ago the ants are in the syrup bottle and on the counter and by the drink machine he needed to tell his boss so the could get pest control out to use proper chemicals thay were safe around food being in the food industry and being a prior meat cutter and all figured id just try to help out but of course they didnt fix anything and I placed an order ahead and ordered the surf and turf I came to pick up the order and they do not have anything ever available they have to make it or have tell you we dont make fresh food after a certain time if the dont have it they dont serve it.
