Would give NO stars if I could...
Worst McDonald's I have ever been to in the entire US...and I have been to A LOT. Will never come tot his one again. The place was clean but the employee's were the problem. I ordered my food at the new kiosk. I waited literally 15 mins and my food never came. I then waited in line for another 5.5 minuets until it was my turn at the counter....even though only ONE person was in front of me.
The cashier purposefully ignored the man in front of me was ordering around her poor coworkers to do simple things like get an elderly lady a napkin because the napkin bin was empty and told kept yelling at them to get sweet teas for other customer who had ordered them instead of her getting them herself from a machine 10ft away. Can you say lazy?
They were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Finally, I am at the counter and nicely asked the lady if I could get an update on my food. She told me to move over and wait. I did so without a problem and waited literally another 10 mins. Now I was becoming a little impatient, especially when i seen people get their food that had ordered just a few mins ago. I asked another employee if she could check on my food and she told me that there was no order for me.Funny since I had paid for it and had a receipt. She yelled to the back to get my order and the cook brought it out and left it on a tiny station where I watched it sit for 2 minuets. I waited and watched as the rude cashier at skittles and took orders at the same time. I watched as she forgot to grab simple things for the customers in front of her like a sauce pack, a cup, and more napkins because she was to focused on yelling at people or trying to chat to employees who were actually trying to work.
Finally, I got my order and it was wrong of course but that is not the real problem. The problem are the majority of...
Read moreI normally don’t visit this one due to previous problems I had years ago but decided to give another try. Food was good BUT, person at drive thru took my card and most times they swipe then hand right back. It took maybe 30-45 seconds to give me back then when I looked at them they said I couldnt have a reciept cause their reciept machine was messed up and looked like I just caight them in a lie. Thought nothing of it as I get notifications from my card issuer on charges anyways. Got my food and went on my way.
Next day I get notified someone tried to use my card to purchase over $100 but it was declined due to giving wrong security code.
Now this card I used had been dormant for almost a year(paid off) and I thought Id better use it so it stayed active. So the ONLY chage I ever put on it was when I went to MC Ds. So imagine my surprise when next day I was notified that my card is being used to try to make charges online. I called My card holder and they saw what I was talking about and immediatly closed my card and reissuing a new one. This is clearly a case of someone taking my info on card(probably pic) and using to their advantage. NOT COOL. Will not ever go to any damn McDs again and will always be sure I have gift cards or cash at any restaurant. I work hard for what I have and just wish others would respect that as I do...
Read moreI work full time and watch my grandkids after school and weekends; needless to say, we eat out more than we should. Kids love Happy Meals, so McDonald's is always their choice. There has been several times my order is wrong, so finally I was frustrated and started to call the store. Each time they offered to replace on next time through. I have been given a couple different manager's names, that I was told to give when ordering and they would fix it. The ONE and ONLY time I asked for manager to collect on the 2 quarter cheeseburgers that were RAW in the middle, in which I showed pictures of, asked me for the receipt. When I originally called and complained about raw burgers, he explained the grill was not warming correctly and to order "well done" next time, but did not mention keeping the receipt. This is ONE of several issues we have had. I usually check my order before leaving window, but I have not made a habit of taking a bite to see if raw before I pull away. They do not make it right with you, just make up excuses. They have some wonderful people working there, alot of new faces who are just learning their positions.
