Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Leesburg

Tried to buy just lettuce ...was makeing blts at home and forgot lettuce everything closed ..pizza hut not to far to walk woman cooking all the bacon toast tomatoes with mayo..mouth watering thinking about that devine BLT.. no lettuce ..frantically pizza hut open my only hope between full bellie tastebuds full of joy or pans flying to sink toast to chickens and of course ..directed to the dog house ..hungry and inable to provide....i called pizza hut with high hopes untill i heard thomas said we dont have lettuce go to walmart then i asked for salad again laughed said go to walmart and hung up.....way to far to walk now failing at mission slowly walking home ......thanks pizza hut i used to buy many pizzas from there ..i had plenty of money to pay for lettuce but i guess pizza hut dosent sell lettuce when thomas works there.......enough said from the man who was sent home empty handed .

So if you go to pizza hut in leesburg next to publix ..brink your own lettuce if larry is there....if you ask he will laugh at ones suffering instead of selling a product on the menue .....larry rest assured you are verry good at makeing long time customers want to spend there money at poppa johns..... Just sayin Well im at the door to house .. Pray...

We have had a prior issue with the 14th Street store, this time is really bad. We love pizza but and will update this review accordingly. We ordered at 7:50 ish at 9 pm we called and were told the pizza had dispatched, we called again around 9:45 pm and were told the same thing by a different person. The kids are up 1, 2 and 4 years old waiting on there favorite pizza. I was told on the second call he talked to me the first time and told me it would be 45 minutes I informed him we were almost 2 hours in. It is now 10:05. We all know deliveries get crazy, there understaffed, I get it after it has gone this long in my opinion. The manager should be doing damage control for customer retention. On my end our movie and pizza night was missing a very important part, lol we ate cheese and olives, still waiting and prepared for cold pizza. We will see. Update, turns out the order confirmed in my email, and never made it to the store. They failed to listen to the customer and investigate the order 2 times inside 2 hours of waiting, now it is 10:39 and we are waiting on the new order. I am to show the confirmation to the driver. No customer retention measures have been annitiated....

Would rate less if I could. We got mailed a coupon for a free pizza because the last time we ordered they delivered two cold pizzas that weren't even the right toppings. This time, I called in to do carry out. The call went to their call center, even though it said I dialed a 352 (Lake County) number. I told them I had a coupon for a free pizza and they told me I had to call the store.... Which I did, they then routed the call back to the store. I waited for 7 minutes for the store to pick up. I told them the coupon I had, they told me I had to come in to order it with that particular coupon. I asked how long it would take to make the one pizza, they told me 5 minutes. It's a 7 minute drive from the house, I got there and ordered. They had to get a manager to do the order, she took a while to ring it up then said it would take 20 minutes. I had been polite and patient and even joked with them but then I said "the guy on the phone said 5 min", she rudely said "we got busy" and walked away. Mind you the had not rang and there were two customers inside eating... Sticking with...
