Had a short 2 night stay here for business, but due to rain stopping work, we left early. The hotel states non-smoking, but the whole place smells like weed. Not just 1 room, but a strong matured and ingrained stench everywhere. The room was dark and musky, but right outside the window was a massive floodlight which blasted through the curtains illuminating the room at night 🙄 The hallway reminds me of a scene from a horror movie. Breakfast was reasonable and the pool refreshing atleast. Also, Antony on the front desk was really chilled, had time for a good chat and gave us some solid advice about the area. Consider this place as a last resort, but I'm certain there are better places.

This place was certainly dated. Upon entry, the lobby reaked of a funky mold smell. The windows were covered in green moss, and a security light to illuminate the parking lot was located opposite our window. So needless to say, even with our curtains pulled closed, our room never got completely dark. The bathroom sink was loose and wobbled away from the wall. The king-size bed had four tiny pillows...like maybe the kind you would use on your couch. We could hear people above us walking around all hours of the day and night. The second evening we were here, a cockroach crawled down the front of our television and onto the stand in front. I would not recommend this particular hotel.

I was skeptical based on previous reviews but was very happy with our stay. The room was clean and they allowed us to check-in early after checking with them over the phone. Recently remodeled the bath tub was brand new, as was the entire bathroom. New tub, sink, floor files, and fixtures. Bedding was all freshly washed and smelled clean and fresh; s mething that is ignored by even the highest rated hotels. the property was clean and the neighborhood is nice with a Wawa convenient store a 2 minute walk away. It is my guess that the negative reviews were pre-renovation reviews. If in Leesburg again this will be our hotel of choice and I would reccomend to friends and family.

My fiancé came to town this past weekend and attempted to stay in this hotel and it was the most horrible experience he has ever had. The hotel smelled like cigarettes and food mixed together and made him nauseous. He went to the bathroom and tried to use the toilet paper and it was wet and nasty. He couldn’t even use it! The bathroom floor was soaked as well and the smell of the room was gross! The environment was horrible and this was the worst hotel he has ever experienced. Never stay here especially not with your family! My husband shared his concerns with them and they expressed they couldn’t do anything about it so he went to another hotel and lost his money for 4 nights worth of stay. Since he booked through Priceline I called them expressing to them the situation and they called the hotel twice. The first time the lady Charlene told the Priceline associate she couldn’t do anything or issue a refund because they have on their notes that he stayed there for one night. My fiance did not stay there at all! I have proof that he went to a holiday inn located in the villages with way better service than this hotel. I called corporate aka choice hotels who they are owned by and expressed to them the situation and they can see on their end that the hotel is trying to issue a refund to Priceline which when I talk to Priceline they have said that is not true. I’m not sure who is telling the truth or not but my fiance needs to be refunded for all 4 nights because he did not stay there at all! Thank you

My problem has not been solved and they still haven’t returned my call. Unacceptable service After...

My Husband & I were in town for a friends wedding. We checked in 2/15/19 around 11:30 pm. The check in process was easy enough. We went to our room to discover were assigned to a room & given a key to a room that was occupied with sleeping guests. My Husband went downstairs to inform the front desk. They apologized and quickly reassigned us to another room. We unlock the door and discover a woman In lingerie. We apologized profusely to them and closed the door. We went downstairs again, get another key to a different room. This room, the THIRD room we were assigned, was freaking occupied!!!!!!! At this point, We would have left this place, but it was Valentine’s Weekend and everything in the surrounding area was sold out. Forth time around we got a key to an empty room. The room had a dirty soap left in the shower and almost no toilet paper, but was available. When we called Guest Relations to share our experience, safety concerns, and frustrations, they assured us they would have the hotel management reach out to us. The hotel never did. We called guest relations again, they offered us an apology and bonus points so we would basically pay to stay with them again in the future. We declined the points and will not stay here or with this company again. As frustrating as this was, the main concern is around safety. This could have easily been a dangerous situation. We feel terrible for the guests we “intruded” in on, that had to be a scary situation for...

My mother & I checked into hotel & left quickly for dinner/errands, upon returning we had no A/C in our room. Informed front desk & Maikala stated they had no other rooms to move us to & called Lori at Sleep In to try & move us, before finishing talking to Lori, a gentleman walked in & Miakala quickly clocked out & left him to deal with it. After catching him up he spent 20 mins on the phone with Lori to try to find us a room. He gave us keys to rm 203 which he informed us was marked dirty but would probably be clean, we went & checked it & it was dirty. We returned & he gave us keys to room 314, it reeked of a smokey/mildew smell & the toilet was covered in black mold. We returned yet again & informed him we could not stay in that room. He stated he had one rm left 111 that they may have already given out to someone but he would put us in it then move the others if they showed up. We hesitated but since it was after midnight went with him to check room & it was clean & had A/C so we moved our things. The next morning wwe left by 7am & came back around 830pm to no remote & no tv signal. We discovered we were missing the cable for the xfinity box & after informing Stephanie at front desk she searched for 30 mins to find us one. The whole stay was very inconvenient, uncomfortable and no one was ever apologetic. To top it off no manager was there and wouldnt be returning until Monday. I attempted to contact manager on Monday, gave up after 3 attempts....
