Definitely one of the better meals in the area. Everything has nice flavors compared to the majority of restaurants around the villages area. Atmosphere is a woodsy brewery type of feel. Rustic, modern, clean vibe. There are two large areas to B&B. One side is more of the restaurant and smaller bar side, while the other room has a larger horseshoe bar and some seating. The larger bar space is more for the night bar screen with the occasional live music. We have gone with out two smaller kids so we have not been privy to the live music. Service- we have been twice and on both occasions, we have had terrific service. Very nice staff, who check on you, keep your drinks full and interact with us customers. Great team both times we have gone. Food- delicious and flavorful. We have been twice and the food has not disappointed. The balsamic and blue flatbread- the steak was a little over cooked but that likely varies every time, depending upon the cook. The kids meals, mac-n-cheese, is a white cheddar cheese that is delicious. Our kids really only like the boxed Kraft mac-n-cheese but they both love this. More of a shelves and white cheddar but it's good. You get your choice of side, fries, broccoli, or another option. They were out of the kids paper menus the second time we went, so ask if they do not give your kids a kids menu. Chicken tenders were juicy and crispy. They would be amazing on a salad or by themselves. Ribeye Steak was good. Came a little well done for my liking. Next time, I would not order the butter blob that come on top. The red skinned mashed potatoes were delicious. The Bourbon Salmon was nice & flakey, Bourbon sauce was not over powering. Wife loves the grilled brussel sprouts. We have had great experiences so far and plan to go back again. The kids even asked to go the second time! Give it a shot, walk the quiet streets of downtown Leesburg, and enjoy an nice evening out.

What an incredible hidden gem in what feels like a middle of no where part of Florida (no offense šŸ˜…) In town for work in The Villages and have the misfortune of staying in the grungyest motel on the outskirts of town... Today, after our shift we ventured into the old town and wow, what a stark difference! ... Anyway, B&BPH was such a welcome find, a proper bar serving proper food! šŸ˜ We came mid afternoon, so atmosphere was a bit dead... BUT the servers were great fun and I can only imagine how great it is in the evenings or weekend - maybe will get the chance to come back! Food was possibly the best we've had since coming to the USA, the best pulled pork + delicious slaw, complemented with crispy onion rings. My friend had a steak salad which I was jealous of and the boss had a quintessential British meal, fish and chips, which he agreed was also one of the better attempts he has eaten this side of the pond! šŸ˜Ž All in all, extremely satisfied and highly recommend if you find yourself in this part of Florida 😊

The food here is mediocre. It doesn’t taste bad, but for the prices it’s not impressive or good either. I got the pineapple chicken which was marked as a favorite. It was dry and just not that great. The rice tasted like it was premade from a package. The grilled pineapples were good and a nice touch. The brussel sprouts had good flavor, but need to be cooked a little longer. For crispy sprouts they were quite soft and small compared to most sprouts. The servers were nice but I found myself spending quite a bit of time waiting to be greeted, waiting to place my order and for my check. Ambiance is the best part of the experience. Cute place well laid out, indoor and outdoor seating. The looks and ambiance gave me hope the place would be better than it was. I hope they can sort out some of the food quality as it is a promising location.

Came in on a Wednesday evening. Love how the place looked and I love supporting smaller towns such as leesburg came in with two other friends (at which two of us use to work on Main Street and understood how import local customers were) was hardly greeting my two friends I was with waiting 10 mins just to order a Tito’s and water and then I asked to try a HOUSE chard and was told that it was a new bottle and that if I didn’t plan on paying for a glass she wasn’t going to open in so I asked AGAIN may I please just try it and she rolled her eyes and it was a screw top HOUSE WINE she was making a deal out of tried it and made me feel so ashamed for no reason. Ended up going for a higher end wine and the bartender made sure to say ā€œwell I hope you know that wine is 11$ā€ just because Prior I asked to taste a house wine she made sure to give me an attitude because I wanted to try a different one. Never a smile, any queshtions I had was not answered. Was completely avoided which was so disappointing. Our bartender never came around my friend wanted another drink but thought it would be too complicated so she didn’t bother their was only 3 other people at the bar and she made it a point to ignore us… until it was time to get checks. I’ve been bartending for 11 years and never have I met more of a stand -offish, unacknowledged bartender in my life maybe was having a bad day idk. Felt uncomfortable since we sat down very unwelcoming. Which is sad because we want every restaurant in our small town to do well but I will not be back. She was the...

Food was delicious and atmosphere was gorgeousand inviting, but service was terrible. Our waitress was a lady with reddish/brunette hair color, who never introduced herself. This is not my first interaction with this waitress, but nothing has changed. We ordered brunch with Mimosas, but needed to continuously ask the waitress for refills. She never asked how was our meal, but was hear audibly asking another table. My table arrived early Sunday morning about 10:30 am. One person from my party ordered carrot cake and when it was brought out, the fork was place onto the table vs on a napkin or in hand. We asked about the bill before our meal was eaten and table cleared. After being given the bill, which sat on our table for over an hour. Nonetheless, we had to walk our bill up to the bar area to settle our bills. Retraining may be the best solution and customer service etiquette. Food has always been delicious šŸ˜‹ 😊 šŸ¤—.

The photos added are from my initial visit. The service that day set the bar high. The waitress was a short young lady with glasses. The visit on September 2, 2021, which the pictures are from made me recommend my work office to enjoy another Brick and Barrell outing, but the waitress from my most recent visit 10/24/2021, was the same lady and her customer service skills from 0-10, rate on a negative scale. Luckily, my word of mouth brought my friends from Orlando to come visit and I feel sorry for the customer service they received, but raved...
