When I arrived to pick up the order ... the first guy was friendly. He told me the total, and I paid it. Another guy later came to the window about 5 minutes later ... asked me my name. I told him the other guy took it, and I think he was getting it. He replied, "The guy might have already told him, but he didn't get it." I then told him my name, he picked up the box, sitting close by, and then said the only thing we didn't have for your order was the drinks you ordered. Reaches out to hand me the food. He says nothing more about the drink situation or offers a resolution. I do not reach for the food; I tell him it is fine, just put that money back onto my card, the cost of drinks. He just stands there looking at me. Then he says I can't give you a refund for certain items. I can give you a credit. I told him No sir! I did not wish for credit. I would like my money back. He says well I can't give it to you, so it will be as a store credit.""" I told him it should have been disclosed that some items were NOT available BEFORE I paid. He just stood there holding the food and tried to hand it to me again. I told him I do not wish to have credit. I would like my money back. He just kept repeating he couldn't and wanted to give the boxes to me. I told him to just cancel the WHOLE order then, and he did not have to worry about a "specific" refund. When I requested a FULL refund! The young man said OK and was going to close the window on me ... no confirmation of doing what was asked, no receipt, and no immediate action to show he was indeed going to do it. I had pressed him for the information and held out my card to him. Had I drove away when he tried closing the window ... how would he have refunded my money?! I asked for my money back because I should not be FORCED to get "credit" when it should have been addressed properly and professionally BEFORE collecting payment. Worker(s) should have done their job better. Not make it to where someone HAS to return to the business by force. I am not a big pizza person, so the likeliness of the next use would be a while. The method in which they chose me is stealing in my book. Monies were taken when they already knew the items were unavailable. Do your job better, and you won't have to FORCE a customer to return ... they will return on their own willingly!!! I had to ask for my receipt to show proof that a transaction was even completed. Finally I do the same. Take about 2 min for me to be greeted I proceeded to tell the employee pick up for the above order. The employee goes to get it come back with only a pizza at first l repeat what I ordered and she goes to get the rest. Now I pay and leave without checking my order (I take part responsibility for that I normally always check). Now upon arrival to my house I realize the have given me two pasta bowls and they honestly looked gross and like they have been sitting and not the bread bowls I ordered, which honestly isn't a big deal I get it its dinner time there busy ok. I call the store first time someone picks up I explain the issue the call hangs up. Call back call this time call is routed to a corporate number and they route me to the store I explain what happened im met with confusion and then a slight "giggle and they say think there still here oh yeah they are" I asked for them to be remade and they say "ok" I get to the store and again met with confusion I say why im there, the proceed to give me the original two breadbowls due to them being at the top of the rack for orders that are ready as well as just not looking fresh I just take them after ensure they are correct and leave. I'm just taken back by the lack of care shown in this instance I have eaten at dominoes for years and id be lying if I said I will not eat dominoes again. Read moreOrdered a pizza at the Leesville LA store online tonight. Within five minutes of ordering I get a notification on my phone stating my order was canceled. I called them and the girl on the phone said they tried to call me three times and I didn’t answer so they canceled it. I asked why they called. They said it was because they were out of the sauce I ordered I told her I don’t care what sauce it is. And asked what I have to do to get my order. She said, go back online and order it again. I went online and ordered another pizza, within a minute that one was canceled. My phone rang once. I called the number back immediately it was someone named Jesse who stated that he called me three times and I don’t answer my phone, so I’m a security risk, so they don’t have to deliver my pizza, and they will not deliver to an order with my phone number. I have never had this problem. My cell phone shows no missed calls. Both orders were canceled within minutes of ordering. And that makes me a security risk that I called them back within minutes of ordering each time? I ended up having to go out and get my dinner, they said the money would be credited back to my account within 3 to 5 days for both orders Terrible customer service.
