I'm not one to down any new business starting up , but I have been so excited about Jimmy johns coming here, we need a good sub place and the food was pretty good the price was a bit high, and then I had to deal with the service I've never been treated with such disrespect, we ordered delivery and it said it was delivered but never showed up so we called up there and the guy on the phone took a moment and then realized they had delivered our order to someone else , no big deal accidents happen he said he would make it and get it right to us well when the driver got here he seemed to be a real nice boy kinda parked in the rd a little bit and I yell for him over here I was concerned he may have ran into our ditch wich many have had to be pulled out of and he said no and we was joking around with him get into the house open the order and it was someone else's order at this point I was getting aggravated but still accidents happen and they are a new business so things happen but when we called up there to talk to a manager the guy on the line said he was the owner we explained everything to him and he said he would remake it and bring it right to us so I thought well that's pretty good then he went on and asked us if he could ask a question and of course we said yes he said, "next time I wanna have an attitude don't take it out on my driver take it out on me" my mind was absolutely blown away we had just paid almost $70 for this order and was completely nice and cutting up with the young boy driver after all the mess ups and then was accused of something we did not do, a d he didn't ask us if we was he didn't ask if there was a problem during the deliver he straight up accused us of being mean and rude to his driver .. for me to go through all that and then get accused of something I didn't do and wouldn't do because of them bei g a new business a d knowing mistakes will happen I was just lost for words , like I said the food was good but was not work being treated like that, so hope your all's experience goes way better but me and my family will not...

But man, can businesses here play more music besides pop/bro country? They all assume that everyone listens to only that. Mix it up.
Edit: They did me dirty today. I have a $5 off app reward that expires after today. Usually, the rewards are pretty lame, so I wanted to take advantage of this more generous reward. Unfortunately, the app thinks they are closed due to the snow earlier this week. But the snow is plowed, melting, and they're open for business. Apparently, there's trouble communicating that they're open to the app or something.
Asked them if I could redeem the reward still. They said yes; I just needed to enter my number. So I entered it. The total amount didn't go down. They then said, "That coupon is online-only."
No apologies for the inconvenience, nor any attempt to make it right. I just left without the order. May give them another chance, but not for a little while. Trying to eat out less this 2025.
Edit 2: They made it right and gave me...
Read moreI had ordered from here a few times and had a decent experience. Order was messed up a time or two, but nothing unmanageable (just like a missing bag of chips or something I wasn't willing to call and make a fuss about). However, I ordered a tuna sandwich Monday... within a few hours I started having the worst stomach issues. Since then I have been unbelievably sick with constant nausea and stomach problems. Went to the doctor, and they did confirm it was food poisoning. This was the only thing I had eaten even close to the start of these symptoms, so there's absolutely no chance it's anything else. I'm hoping I was a one-off and it was just bad luck somehow, but I guess a warning to the restaurant to be careful, and a warning to the customers that if anything tastes off at all,...
