Iām not sure where Kristie, the manager, has been, but if I remember correctly, this is her familyās business. If thatās the case, they really need to address whatās happening when she isnāt around. The place has gone noticeably downhill. My family and I typically visit once or twice a week, usually at night (a night during the week) and/or on weekends (Friday nights or Saturday evenings), but lately the experience has been disappointing.
The employees have been rude, and unfortunately, the managers arenāt setting a better example either. Iāve tried to get names, but employees donāt seem to wear name tags. Most of the staff I see are young women along with a middle age woman and an older woman, and none have been particularly friendly. (None seem to have a time of day for a customer when needed) I may just be one customer, but I usually bring a group with me, and I often overhear other customers complaining as well. Salad bar has very little in it, spaghetti dried out always, very little pizza or old so it sits there because no one will eat it and desserts are rarely available. I havenāt received my request for weeks (even when there is very little business) and again, Iām there a couple times a week.
I work closely with the public as well as with professionals with big titles, and I often hear the same concerns echoed. In a small town, word of mouth carries a lot of weightāit can either build up a business or break it down.

I asked for the lowest available price, meaning family meals or daily specials. Instead of giving me options to choose from I was met with the RUDEST condescending tone and attitude. I had to interrupt the owners rant to ask her not to be so rude that I truly was asking just for a price, that's it. When I later asked about a Veterans discount or employee pricing (common question for what the pizzas are for and how many ordered) I was literally yelled at and told that was her business and I'm not an employee; she never did answer if they had a veterans discount. Horrible attitude and I'm sure everyone on her side of the phone heard her yelling. 100% corporate should look into that phone call, if it was recorded, her behavior was completely irrational and uncalled for.
