On 10/7/23 at about 12:35 PM, my wife, two young kids and I arrived at the Burger King drive through. I drove into the left ordering lane and the right lane was empty. I was asked to hold on a minute through the intercom. I waited for approximately 3 minutes. I said “Hello” multiple times without getting a response from the intercom. Another car finally pulled up along the right ordering lane and they were helped immediately. I proceeded to ask for assistance through the intercom but it was silent. I decided to drive to the first window. The girl who was taking orders had what appeared to be a manager come to her window when she saw me driving up. I approached and was greeted by who I assumed was a manager with a nose ring (picture attached). She immediately came out guns blazing and stated the following angrily in a demeaning and condescending manner and accused of me of “coming in heated” when I had not even said a word as we pulled up and not ready for what was about to happen: “Were you able to place your order or were you impatient and wanted to pull around to cause other people issues?, We can’t take orders at the window, you are going to have to come inside or pull around”. I tried to explain to her what happened but she would not allow me to speak and constantly interrupted me and telling me how a drive through works. The interraction was about a minute and the entire time she had a smirk on her face as if trying to antagonize me at which point I was done with her abuse and could not justify exposing my family to this and decided to leave and go to McDonalds about 4 stores down and made my purchase there instead. The interaction from this individual was disingenuous and rocked my family’s Saturday afternoon and we had to explain to the kids what just happened to us. How can Burger King justify putting a pit bull in a customer service position. This was an act of a bully trying to intimidate and abuse us. You can't make this up!!! To date, not a single person in charge of that location has reached out to me to review what happened or even apologize about that horrible thing they call...
Read moreWent to Burger King New Pointe Blvd in Leland tonight. They left out half of our order, and put onions on the three burgers that they gave us , when I specifically said "no onions ". I took the burgers back, spoke to the manager, who was rude and not listening to me while trying to correct my order. She asked me for the food back, I handed it to her and she walked around to where they make the burgers pretending to replace our burgers, then gave me back the same burgers ' with onions ' that I had ask her to replace. And the fourth burger was simple, KETCHUP ONLY, BUT it had cheese. lettuce , pickle, mustard and ketchup. A NIGHTMARE !!!! When I ask her if it was right she raised her voice at me and said "Mam , I made it just like you said , I looked at the order "!! I couldn't even reply. $25.00 thrown in the trash !! The only thing that she got right was a plain Jr whopper with cheese and the fries. Oh , did I happen to mention that I had to drive up to the first window to place my order in the beginning, because the girl that was taking the orders was not listening to me. Read moreBurker King is so UNDERRATED . They don't use dyes in any of their food. The breakfast is great, and lunch/dinner is great. Desserts are amazing. Yeah, the prices are higher, but it's worth it when you want better fast food. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients, and you can actually taste the meat in the burgers. I've been here several times at different hours and never had any issues. Restrooms and indoors are always clean. Drive thru runs good, never slow or backed up. Never had an order wrong, and even though they are supposed to charge you for extra condiments, I've never been charged. Menu is large enough that you can read the prices and options easy. I often have to look at the menu to decide what I want, and I've just said I'm going to look at the menu a few minutes and have never received rudeness, or I have never felt rushed at all.
