Update to review below. My husband went and picked up the order this week and they were on it!!!! Bagels were correct and they wrote a very sweet note!

Iwill say there bagels are delicious. My husband and I have been getting bagels from them for months now almost once a week. Then starting in October our very simple order was getting messed up almost every time we went. We would always place order on the phone and ask multiple times for cream cheese. And when I got there I would confirm with the lady that there is and she would say yes. I don’t like to open them and release the warmth bc I am either brining them home or dropping them off to my husband at work. And every time there wouldn’t be any. Only two time were we ever able to go back and get it fixed one time there were very helpful and gave us the right bagels that is when I went then second time was when my husband went and they were very rude to him and pretty much treated him like he was trying to steal bagels. We put that aside bc we like the taste of them so much. It’s been a couple a weeks and today we were like let’s get some. So as normal I place an over the phone order and she said it will be 10-15min. That’s great I live depending on traffic 10-15 min do I knew the bagels would be or almost ready. I get there and she says they aren’t ready I’ll have you pay and we will let you know when they are ready. So I go and sit down. 5min then 10 min then 15 min go by and everyone else is getting there food. Now it’s been 30 min since I place the order. I go back to the counter and very politely say hey I’ve been waiting here for over 15 min and I already place the order before I got here. Tell me why the same girl that told me she would let me know didn’t and was confused. My bagels were ready and just sitting there. When I got home they were cold. But at least this time they were right. I did check before I left...

YUCK ! Your bagels are getting SMALLER! Inflation getting to you? So your shorting the customers to make up for it. 8.99 for what??? What’s the deal with all the up charges? They only put 1 piece of meat folded over on their bagels. Old Ice berg lettuce thats cut in tiny pieces and so slack with your ingredients on your bagels. So slack! You’re a typical trying to short your customers. Brown guacamole !! Just look at your reviews!! People don’t make stuff up. You have a high TURNOVER with YOUR Employees. No ONE last at the register. The Yankee lady that walks around with her mouth open and is so rude to customers. I’ve literally seen people walk out because she was like we close in 15 minutes. Your little son walks over and locks customers inside while they are trying to finish eating because you don’t want new customers to come in. Your ridiculous. I hope you close...

Went in today 10/5 at 11:58 did not realize that they closed at 12. The girls upfront were fantastic. They helped me but then I realized I think it was the cook from the fact that came up and grabbed my bagels because I ordered two bagels a minute before closing and it came up fine with a very nasty attitude and said wow this is pathetic one minute before closing in order to see and walked away. I don’t think He knew I heard him, but if you have people who work like this for you, I will no longer be. I ended up getting me a sandwich and my mother who is currently in hospice and I’ve heard good things about your shop, but after the service that I got from the gentleman today, I don’t think I would be returning and I hope you consider disciplinary actions when it comes to him.
