Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. Met friends there for dinner tonight and all I can say is the company was great, but that’s where it stopped. I ordered garlic knots as an appetizer and they came to me cold and hard with tepid marinara sauce to dip them in. I had Shrimp Scampi as an entree. It was inedible because it was way to salty, swimming in olive oil and the shrimp was coated in garlic. I love garlic and salt so if it has to much of either for me that should tell you something. 3 of the others were unable to eat their entrees because they also were to salty. 2 in the group ordered sandwiches and fries and 1 didn’t get her fries until after she had finished 1/2 of her sandwich. Then an order for meatballs to go was placed. I’ve copied sides from the menu which shows meatballs (4) - $9.00. When the order came there were only 3 meatballs. The waitress was clueless as to what is on the menu and asked if they wanted the 4th meatball….duh if you’re charging us for 4 then yes we want the 4th meatball. I understand staffing is an issue in restaurants but they weren’t busy so service should have been good. As my dad use to say, that was twice, the 1st and the last time we will eat there.

Read moreThis was the first time going there, which will be my last time. There are only seven tables in this store. They were busy with take out orders, and only about 3 tables were occupied at the time we sat down. Got our drink order and then another person came to take our food order. I ordered a large antipasti salad (meal) and some garlic bread, my daughter got a pasta dish and a side salad. About 10 minutes went by, now the two-top table next to us has been seated and order taken. In just moments, their side salads come out. We are still waiting for one side salad. Ten minutes later, the one side salad we ordered 20 minutes before comes to our table. A few minutes go by and the folks who were seated after us now have their baked lasagna. We are still waiting for our pasta dish and large salad. By this time, we decided to leave, paid for my ice tea and a side salad. As we were leaving, we heard them go back to the kitchen and tell them not to make our meal because we are not happy with the service. So ..... they never started to make it at all????? No concern on their part, did not apologize or even ask what the issue was. Poor, poor customer...
Read moreOrdered garlic knots: Should be dough, brushed with melted butter, garlic sprinkled on top then put in oven to bake. A little oil drizzled on top when done. These were dough, baked in oven, then tossed in a bowl with oil and some garlic on top. Very greasy. Next we had a large pepperoni pizza: It came out looking great. The crust was crunchy but not burnt, the pizza itself was thin but not soggy. Slices didn't flop when folded in half. Good amount of sauce, cheese and pepperoni. However that's where the good ends. The taste was too salty. The cheese wasn't stretchy, good mozzarella and scamozza cheese will stretch. This was kinda blah, really had no cheese taste. Service was good, the young waitress was polite and did well. The food was served hot and done as it should be with ample time between appetizer and pizza. The restaurant was clean and from what could be seen of the kitchen it looked clean also. Not the worse pizza, but it could be better. Prices are what I expected and were on par with other places except...
