The worst customer service ever. Was there on 12/23 around 5:30pm when apparently the store was left to be run by two little bratty girls that couldn't be bothered to:
address the drive thru at all -- I asked 3 times in anyone was there over about a 5min period then got total attitude when she finally bothered to say "hold on"
hand me a straw w my drink -- my food was taking a min so I asked for a straw to go with the drink already passed to me and this little girl acted like she was just asked to rebuild the pyramids. With thick attitude she told me I would get a straw in my bag. Then grabbed the straw I requested and waved it around at me while looking back at me..no seriously ..this is how absurd this girl is...then she hands it off to her coworker to deliver through the window. Unfortunately for that coworker, handing me a straw meant she was going to have to stop playing on her cell phone as she'd been doing the entire time customers were in drive thru needing service. Just in plain sight blowing EVERYONE off heads down on her phone.
At this point I had neither the time nor the crayons to explain to the two foolish little girls what is wrong with this whole picture and asked to speak to the manager.
Neither of these two employees had any respect for this manager as they stood over his shoulder making snarky faces at me while I relayed my experience to him. All he said was, "I'll take care of it." Which I seriously doubt bc the second he turned away the first little bratty girl came back to the window and blurted out "have a woooonderful Christmas" with her best 8yr-old-like sarcasm and smirk. I had to remind myself I wasn't in a daycare.
Oh, and who wants to eat food handed to you by such audaciously immature girls?? Who knows what they could have done to the food just bc they think acting like a fool is cool.
Their parents should/would be so ashamed of their behavior and Wendy's, or better yet, Wendy's customers, have no use for either of them. Dump them or keep losing...
Read moreWe have been to this Wendy's 5 times. Given them every single chance possible. This location is probably one of the worst staffed fast food restaurants on the east coast. Out of the 5 times we have been through the drive thru the order has been wrong 5 times. My order is very simple, baconater with no mayonnaise. You would think this wouldn't be too hard to prepare yet all 5 times the burger has had mayonnaise on it. The reviews speak for themselves. Management does not care. The most recent messed up order my wife had placed a mobile order. When she pulled up to the speaker she confirmed with the woman working the window, "there is no mayonnaise on that burger right." The woman replied "uh yeah." Sure enough there was mayonnaise on the burger. The last time I went to get my order fixed there was a line of cars wrapped around the building. When I skipped the line and pulled up to the window there were 5 employees standing together talking not doing anything. The location has not had ice for drinks since they opened. What kind of brand new fast food location doesn't have ice for their drinks? Especially one that has been open for months now. I'm not even sure their is a manager at this location. These problems have persisted since they opened and have not changed. Please do not give this business your hard earned money. There are other restaurants in the area that can atleast get an order correct. With the track they are on this location will be shut down and hopefully replaced with a restaurant with a halfway decent management structure that can atleast get an order right. Read moreTried going into the lobby to place order on screens. All the screens lost connection. I asked for help and was informed that they all don’t work and I was TOLD to go through drive through or to leave because they don’t do inside orders. This place has ZERO sense of urgency which is sad because it’s a newer store.
I have been sitting in the drive through line AT the screen long enough to type this review with still, no attendant. Why even be open if you can’t order food.
Update: it’s now been 7 min still at the drive through screen with no attendant. WHAT IS GOING ON!?!?

Placed a single order and was immediately given a total and to pull around. I informed him I wasn’t done ordering and his response was…”okay?, what else do you want”
I’m not sure what has changed with the fast food industry, but when I was 16, which was in 2008, I was paid $5.45 an hour and took pride in the job that I was doing working at Taco Bell. Kids these days feel so entitled that they feel like the $12 an hour they get isn’t enough! Every single person at the establishment looks bored out of their mind and everybody is slow and shows no enthusiasm to clear the waiting customers. I would love to speak to the owner of this establishment as I can promise you it will be closed within one year. They have some serious health concerns as well as the place is disgusting...
