Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Lemay

I went and ordered the food. Considering the last time I asked for it to be delivered. You delivered it to the dope house three houses up the street from me. Good thing I was out in front of my house to stop the pizza man. Before he gave my pizza to the people at the door. I will have to say my meat lovers pizza was very delicious. Now on the other hand for the chicken wings I ordered. They were not cooked all the way they were still pink. Imo's is my favorite pizza. I've ordered from you five times in the last 6 months since I moved to the neighborhood. I've not really been a satisfied customer any of the times. From calling in an order and I get there and you give me the wrong order. To getting home and not having all my food. To getting home with pizza that was cold. Then the delivery situation. And then this situation the other day. I know it's hard on fast food restaurants really hard to get good employees. That's everywhere. I was called up to the counter and then I was told Your pizza's done but you still got 7 minutes on the wings. Need to learn how to cook the food at the same time. The pizza should not have went in the oven as soon as it did if it takes longer to cook the wings. So I sat back down a young man called my name He said Oh we're waiting on your wings. I said I know she says they got 7 minutes. He comes back he says your wings are done we're going to put sauce on them. I said they're supposed to be plain.. Just a lot of confusion there like they don't work in a team. Or I could be wrong it could be everybody just trying to help at the same time. Just a bit confusing. I'm going to give you one more try and then if not I'm going back down on 17th and Delmar. It'd be worth the drive. Time my tip and pay for my food yes I tip for picking up at the counter for an order I walked in...

We decided to get pizza for a late dinner and we understand that employees might be tired and looking forward to closing hour, but our pizza was made wrong and found shredded plastic inside the pizza. We ordered a deluxe pizza but wanted to ADD olive and pineapple to only half of the pizza but instead we got half made with only cheese and half with ONLY pineapple and olive. There was no meat or any ingredients included that was supposed to be on the deluxe pizza. After the first slice, we decided it wasn’t safe to eat the pizza, due to finding plastic in it. Tried calling them and then emailed but waiting for them to reply. Spending almost $70 to not be able to eat the main food was...

We came in last Friday night straight from the airport because we always need to have Imo’s when we are in St. Louis. We have never been to this particular location and will never be there again. It’s like a tiny little storefront with no restroom for the customers and no option to dine in. There is a drive-thru, however.

We waited FOREVER to get our food.

I ordered the roast beef on garlic cheese bread. At every IMO’s I have ever been to this is made from an actual beef roast; However, at this location, it was made with deli meat 🤦🏽‍♀️
