I came here hoping the food and customer service would be quality I was wrong. After not going to any Burger King for the last 10 years or so I gave it a try again I should have avoided this location. I ordered a simple double whopper with extra cheese and light salt on the fries. I had to repeat my order twice because they insisted I make it a “meal”. When I got to the window to pay I repeated the order back to make sure it would be correct I immediately was met with a rude and condescending demeanor from a young Hispanic (maybe biracial) woman saying you didn’t say light salt at the box, it clear she was looking for an argument or confrontation. I definitely said it twice and reassured her that I said it. She slammed the window in my face and kept it closed and they all began to laugh while making my order. I sat patiently assuming being i asked for all of the food to be fresh and Pattie’s fresh from the grill it would take awhile. Again I was wrong they handed me a bag cracking up laughing which made me extremely uneasy and I felt they had contaminated the food or made it wrong purposely. I was right I came home and inspected the food, the fries were saturated in salted and the burger didn’t have the extra cheese and the soda was extremely flat. Needless to say the food was thrown in the trash as I felt extremely uncomfortable consuming it. I would avoid this location and save my money for any other consumers! I have filed a complaint with the corporate office for resolution. It may be funny to play and tamper with consumers food but at the end of the day you will be held accountable and don’t forget you literally work at a BURGER KING FOR A LIVING. Read moreI Have got my order without all i paid for in drive through last 3 times, takes 15 minutes drive. I was charged for 2 largest drinks and ordered 1. 3weeks ago my 4yr old grandbaby was on playground 4th level screaming for help in complete fear and none stop terror for help to get down! I ran to counter and said i need help. Entire restaurant could hear her terrifying horrific screams. The counter girl says hold one!! I go back and try a 2ed time to clime up and save her. Im disabled and prayed wirh all my might to get up the slides. I popped my shoulders out of place on 1st slide but continued on for her rescue. RUBBER STEPS BROKEN ON SLIDE TOO. IT was at least 120 plus degrees in the slides and 15min later at the counter the dumbass girl says, is your little girl still stuck up in playground? I forgot . Read moreWe had ordered six burgers, four chicken sandwiches and two quarter pounders. When we headed home we were missing a quarter pounder, which happens, so we decided to call. Nancy had picked up and asked for our order, pulled it up and confirmed we had ordered six burgers in total. So she apologized and said if we were able to come and pick up another burger, which I had some errands to run so I said it would be in the next hour. I had showed up and she apologized once again and had my order made right then and there. She made sure it was done accordingly and when she handed me the bag, I was craving a milkshake so I was wondering if I could order again since it was slow. She had it done on the house and said apologized again for the missing burger. That's how managing and accounting is done, when an order goes wrong which happens, it's how it's handled afterwards that makes it right.
