Deli Delicious #31 - Lemoore — Restaurant in Lemoore

First impression, the employee was friendly. Then as I was trying to create my sandwich as I usually do I requested my onions and jalapeños be grilled but for some odd reason they said they do not do that yet I have went to several other locations and its never an issue. Secondly they do offer outside dining yet guest are not able to wash their hands in the restroom before eating okay gross! I had to go wash them at Starbucks thankfully they are capable of having there restrooms open and available to their guest, third of all, the four little tables they had were filthy. I am new to Hanford and drove to Lemoore to get what I was craving when I should have just went to Subway to get a better sandwich the way I WANT IT, I did not enjoy it I had an idea of what my sandwich should have tasted like and it was far from delicious Consistency is very important when it comes to restaurants and honestly won’t even blink in that direction again. The employee didn’t even care about the service she was offering all she cared was to be finished with her next customer...

Prior to this experience I have worked at the deli delicious off of Jensen 99 and in Tulare on Hillman owners are Lovepreet Singh and Steve Gill. They have taught every single one of their employees what GREAT customer service is, what is fair and what is not. I did not experience great customer service here at the Lemoore location. The employees let any one with a call in order cut ahead of the line which i thought was very disrespectful and rude especially during the lunch hour since EVERYONE is on a time limit. If that is the case where call in orders get special treatment there needs to be a SECOND register. Not only did they cut me off while in line they messed up my order when I specifically asked for no mushroom because of a food allergy and they still put the mushroom on my sandwich. Thank God I glanced at the sandwich and noticed or else I would've came back to my office and ate the mushroom not knowing it was in there. This will be my FIRST AND LAST time ever going to...

I get it, times are hard and business owners find it difficult to waste food but my son went to deli delicious and bought me a salad and requested blue cheese crumbles because i love them. But they should not be gray and have mold on it. It looked like the crumbles were wrapped in cobwebs. the purple onion was also old along with the lettuce and the sprouts had an odd smell to them. I am truly saddened because this used to be my favorite place to get salads and fresh sandwiches but i guess back to subway i go. The one at the 7-11 is best in my opinion cause deli delicious seems to have gone down the drain. This upsets me more because my son spent his hard earned money to buy me lunch. i would have posted pictures but i just threw it away.
