Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lemoore

placed a pizza order 20 mins prior to pick up. got email saying it was ready. stepped in store 2 mins after email. pizza was GONE. employee asked other employs if it was given away. they all said no. it was 2 mins after my email saying it was ready .so either they gave it away without checking the qr codes or they took it for themselves to eat. employee tried to blame door dash people that come in the morning instead of taking accountability. this was at 2pm. offered no apology or anything to fix the issue. . nothing to do with door dash btw. placed the order online. guy was clearly not owing up to them messing up my order cause clearly someone took it and it wasn't me. he also tried saying people rip open their online portals and just take the pizzas sometimes. i asked why he doesn't stop them, he said nothing. offered no comp. when i bought the hot and ready pizza in place of my missing order, they forgot my marinara and i had to go back....

This was my first time going to the little Caesars in Lemoore and it will be the last. I simply went in to grab a pepperoni, cheese and crazy combo, the guy at the counter said it would be a 10 minute wait. I paid and started to wait and before I know it 10 minutes has come and gone and still nothing but I am watching people walk out with food right after they order. So I went to the counter and the guy I ordered from was clocking out now by this time I have waited 30 minutes for simple pizza. I talked to another cashier and he was rude and I watched the people who work there working the counter and touching the food with no gloves and no handwashing. When I finally got my food and got home it wasn't cooked all the way, So I will not be going back ever again, all I wanted was a simple...

Terrible service. Waited close to an hour for a simple pizza after being told it was only going to be a 15 minute wait. When i asked the lady how long it would be since it had already been over 20 minutes she said "our online/mobile orders are 1st priority" so then i replied saying "we've been here over 20 minutes and are here in the restaurant" so she just replied and said "sorry, have a good day" when i hadn't even gotten my pizza yet. Also there were multiple people that came in after me ordering a fresh pizza and somehow still got their order before i did. We have always had this problem everytime at just this location.
