Around two years ago my friend and I were eating at this location after walking here from the bus stop. We had just gotten back from school and waiting for our ride. We ordered food and drinks and sat down to enjoy them. After 5 minutes the store manager came up to us and we had food in our mouths and politely asked if we could get up and move to a different table because he needed our chairs for a group of people that were coming. I then asked where we could move to if all of the other tables and chairs were taken. He said he wasn’t sure but he really needed the chairs. We stayed silent and once again told us he needed our chairs. We got up and threw our food away and walked outside since there was no where else to go. It was around 98 degrees outside and we were extremely disappointed knowing we spent our money to enjoy their food and drinks to get treated in a way of disrespect especially since we were high school students. Read moreTerrible experience. We went through the drive thru, it was a 22 minute wait. After a long wait like that one would hope to at least get a decent drink. The grande white mocha when handed to me felt like a tall dry cappuccino, I opened the lid and it was half way filled. I politely asked the asian boy in the window if he could please fix it. He went to the bar and came back and handed me the drink.I found it strange he could steam milk so fast but I now know he filled it with cold milk. I didn't try it because the drink was not for me. When I brought it to the person it was for (they were down the street so it was a minute and a half drive) they took one drink and opened it only to find out there was no coffee in it and it was cold. So we drove back to the store, told the cashier in the front and the baristas on bar. The baristas were annoyed so they made all their drinks for the drive thru and pick up orders then proceeded to correct my beverage. Read moreStarbucks is always my go-to. My drink is always satisfactory and is a nice treat. And I was hoping my experience would be that, a treat. Unfortunately the unwelcoming staff doesn't make the experience enjoyable. I usually stop in and read or do some work in the shop because I like the atmosphere. The staff is cold and unwelcoming, barely even looking you in the eye. I was ignored at the register when I approached with a smile. I was ready to be patient as it was 8:30 am and super busy. I felt like me ordering was an inconvenience so I just ordered on my phone. It was faster. I've had 2 experiences like this both at the register.
