Tldr: Friday was a 5 star experience, Saturday was a 3 star experience. Averaging out at 4 stars overall.

Came in on two different days early in the morning (7-8ish) and had two different experiences, one excellent, the other ok.

On a Friday morning, grabbed an Americano. Vibe is calm and quiet. Americano comes out amazing, touch of bubbles and oil on the top. The aroma and taste are top notch, placing it in the top americanos I've had, showing the skill in extracting the flavor and oils from the beans. Reading in the coffee shop was excellent without headphones.

Saturday was a bit different. Vibe is a bit different, with higher energy pop style music playing. Staff are still amazingly friendly, but were chatting louder (primarily the gentlemen working) than any guests or the music at the time I was there, attempting to read, which ended up being a distraction most of the time. Americano today is flat, no visible bubbles or oils from the beans, as well as being more transparent. Seems to be watered down more in comparison to yesterday. It's still a good Americano, but nothing in comparison to yesterday's. More of a stronger coffee than an espresso based drink.

I do recommend this spot, but also recommend the owners to help ensure consistency of drinks and atmosphere across days and...

This spot is a hidden gem 💎 in heaven 💓😍 ☕ 🍵. The entire team members, from ownership, management, and baristas are sincere, honest, and loving, with high integrity ingrained in them. As everybody knows, one can train skills, but kindness, friendliness, and positivity are natural behavioral traits. Ladies and Gentlemen, those natural traits are deeply ingrained in them 🙏🌹❤️👏👏💪 However, the vibe that was tried to be expressed above does not end there. One can feel the contagious mood and aura from the team automatically spreading to their patrons. Thus, while waiting for your orders, don't be surprised if find yourself engaged in a meaningful uplifting conversation with other patrons‼️🙏💪. After all, 🍵☕ Coffee ☕🍵is all about conversation. We live pretty close to here and never thought that this coffee shop had decent craft coffee. Turns out, it does! they have a decent selection and they roast their own beans, the barista did a great job of explaining their process.

Giving it a 3 stars because, well, I waited 4 minutes at the counter before getting any service. I ordered a pour over and that took about 7.5 minutes, and overall the barista did not do an awesome job at communicating with customers coming in. Would have loved to see an "hey morning! ill be right with you!" as he was working on someone elses drink. Probably not his fault that he was the only one working, but would have liked to see more communication none the less.

Also, could you turn down the music just a tiny bit? With everyone working remote, some people like to have zoom meetings from coffee shops, but when the music is so loud, even the best microphones cant...
