My two friends who are visiting from out of town and I decided to go to this Wendy's to get some dinner for us. We ended up walking 2 miles(it was exactly freezing outside) to get to the location which said it was open dine in and drive thru on the website. We approached 2 of the entrance doors and noticed that they were both locked(no signs stating that they weren't operating the dining room). We look through the window to see if anyone was there and we see 2 Employees sitting together on their phones who then made eyes contact either us and 2 more employees who were walking to the other entrance door right before we made it to that entrance. Very frustrated with our experience i called a friend and he called the location where the manager proceeded to tell him the sit down portion wasnt available due to lack of staff. If that was the case why did they wait to lock the door until we began to approach? I understand being understaffed, but I dont think your problem is being understaffed when you have 4 able bodied employees(at least 4) and half of them arent doing their just but instead are on their phones. This is the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant and I highly discourage anyone from visiting this location. Im genuinely appalled to the point of wanting to talk to a corporate customer service adviser or a district manager(Womt bother to call the store since the manager clearly supports this behavior) This all occurred on November 15th 2022...
Read moreDISGUSTING! Every time I've been here, my orders wrong; regular chicken instead of spicy; sweet tea instead of green tea; always charging for complete order but conveniently forgetting to give me half the order. EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL!
Staff is awful, mainly the older lady who seems to be at the drive thru at all times, with a pony tail. She's got the ugliest attitude to match her face! She'll get the order wrong, then get angry at us as if it were our fault. She can't hear through the headset, then get angry at us. She'll forget to give us our drink, then get angry. Their manager, the lady with the weird eye or whatever, is just as incompetent as she is. I've worked in fast food before (even as part of staff of only 3 people at a wendy's during rush hour) and we NEVER behaved like this.
This place is full of trashy, ratchet people! Just a bunch of people who scrambled to the last place that'd hire them.
Gave this place too many chances, only due to the facts that I enjoy Wendy's and this one is really close by, but I will not be coming back to...
Read moreIf I could give them Zero stars, I would. Went this morning for breakfast. Ordered FIVE meals and an extra sandwich. Got home, and was missing a whole sandwich and order of potato wedges . The extra sandwich was supposed to have cheese, was of course charged, but did not get it. Called Wendys. Woman who answered is Beatrize, probably the most unfriendly worker in the history of wendys, via our drive thru interaction. When I complained about missing items and there not being cheese, she turned to a coworker and scoffed that I paid $.40 for "cheese" and they were laughing about it. I asked if the manager that speaks English was there, she immediately got defensive and says she does speak English. That may be true, but some kind of disconnect was happening as we don't laugh at people for paying for items they don't recieve. Common ethical equation. Don't waste you money here.
