I love Panda Express, but the Lenoir City location is terrible. Every time a go to this location, there's some sort of issue. Today was ridiculous. I went at 7:30pm and as told they were out of broccoli beef, not making more. So I ordered orange chicken instead since that's the standard safety net there. Then I tried to order brown steamed rice and was told they were out of that. If it wasn't for my husband wanting food from there, and them actually having 100% of his order, I would have just left. They are always out of half of the menu hours before their close time, and won't make any more.
So I finish ordering, get my food and it looks generally right when I peeked in the bag before driving home. They even put the little cup of sweet and sour sauce I requested to dip my spring rolls in.
I get home, no spring rolls. Not in the car, not on the ground, not in my husband box. No spring rolls.
I called and spoke to a polite guy who told me I could drive back over there-- no thanks, I'm home now. So he takes me name and order number and says when I come back I can report that and they'll give me spring rolls. Cool. Would have been cooler to get them in the first place.
I then begrudgingly open my bowl... And it's like half full, barely any food in there. I'm laughing by this point. Then I take a bite of orange chicken and somehow, this location has even managed to mess up the orange chicken. It doesn't taste like anything. Legit, just sitting there chewing on texture.

Show up & the Lobby is closed for some reason-no access to inside? Curious?? Have to go thru drive thru with 5 cars waiting to p/u my order. Wait, wait, wait, finally I get to the order kiosk and they state…’ yah we have your order but we’re out of various items-let me check…” wait, wait, wait…they say they have the order but need to make something ????….the window person says-“yah it will take 7 minutes to provide you your meal-pull over there & wait?!?!…”…and wait, wait, and wait. It’s now a half hour after 5:15 pm for p/u of my order. I call P E Corp headquarters customer service line, and wait, and wait, and wait-18 min!!! They answer -finally-ask to call the LENOIR CITY, TN location I’m at-AND NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE AT THE LOCATION????? Surprise! I now look through the windows -I see 5 PEOPLE WORKING -but nothing being done!!! Back to the corporate call-I ask for my $ back and report the horribly run, rude, non-caring, ignorant staff there at Panda Express in Lenoir City, TN -DO NOT GO THERE -They are HORRIBLE!!!! When she brings it to me she tells me she had to wait for my order, even with it being 15 minutes after I sent in the order. I get the order and it is completely wrong!!! Ordere to panda bowls and was gave one panda bowl, not one I ordered, 2 things of chicken and ragoons. So I call them. The manager proceeds to tell me that there isn’t anything he can do about it because it was a pick up order and the receipt with the name on it should have been checked…. There was no receipt. Before he tells me this I here a lady in the back ground “ yeah that is that doordash order we just had to replace” so in other words you know you messed up and then won’t fix it cuz it wasn’t a door dash order??
