Wendy's — Restaurant in Lenoir City

Well went there because the talk about Wendy’s breakfast was great! So I order the baconator breakfast sandwich and the regular bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Well after getting home and sitting down to eat I noticed that the baconator sandwich only have about 2 pieces of bacon all together on it. They were tiny pieces of bacon and my ladies bacon egg and cheese sandwich had more bacon and full pieces of bacon! I am not sure why Wendy’s would even advertise such a sandwich that’s supposed to be loaded down with bacon and when you get it they might as well not even put bacon on it. I am very disappointed with this and I feel like the employees are just lazy and they could care less about service here in Lenoir City, Tennessee. So if you are ever in town do not eat at this Wendy’s. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt numerous times thinking it was just bad employees at the times I was there but nope it seems to be their policy. Which is horrible service and to not make the meals right! I will never go to that Wendy’s again and if you read this do not go there! Also the kitchen is filthy from the look of it through the drive-thru window they haven’t cleaned the hood vents in over a year and the floors under of the walls behind the equipment! This place is not a place to go to. They are gonna get someone very sick and they didn’t have their masks on or gloves on when preparing food. I threw my food away as soon as I got home and saw what they had given me! This place needs a complete change of staff and a manager that actually cares about hygiene. One employee I saw getting dropped off for work as I was waiting in the drive-thru line literally at 9:30am take a drink of vodka out of a bottle and hit from what I can only assume was marijuana before getting out of the car to clock in and work. I normally don’t write reviews on places because it doesn’t do anything to change the place but this place is the worst place you can eat at in Lenoir City! If they hire employees like that and are ok with the product going out of the restaurant then I would hate to see what their houses look like!! There is no dine in. We went through the take out line which was very slow. After getting our food we pulled into a shadey spot to eat. When I opened the bag, it was the wrong order. Sooo we got back into the drive through lane again and the girl over the speaker just said to pull to the window (waiting again with 3 cars in front of us). Then we were told we would have to pull over and they would bring out our food. I told her I wanted my money back but she said it would only take 5 minutes. With my blood sugar dropping we pulled over. Eight minutes later she brought our food out. I like Wendy's food but that is the last time I will eat there unless I can go inside. This whole fiasco too about an hour. Terrible customer service! Eight cars pulled up and left while we were eating in our car because they couldn't go inside. My sister and I went into Wendy's and we went up to the register to order. The woman who took our order, Jennifer, didn't say a single word except for the normal things you say at the end of an order like the total and such. She just seemed very annoyed and bothered that we were even there. So we were waiting for our food and I had went to the counter to ask for a drink that wasn't in the machine. She took the cup and didn't say anything still. And of course asking for another cup was met the same way. While I was filling up our cups, my sister had gone to the counter to see if our food was ready and had asked if she could take one of the drink carriers that were sitting there.
