Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lenoir

Horrible. My husband ordered one pizza paid with a $20 they only gave him $1 in change when he let them know they still owed him money the "manager" told him he would have to wait til the next day to get his money back instead of counting the drawer down to see if it was over. Seems to me like there is a thief there. When I called back to tell them that I wanted my husband money the "store manager" was very rude. Said, "I already told your husband what the deal is. He will have to wait until tomorrow. If we have it I will call him." I said all you have to do is count the drawer down. I have worked in restaurants as well. When a customer says we didn't give correct change for large amounts we count the drawer down small amounts we make it right. Not to mention they have cameras. My husband asked the to look at the camera and they wouldn't. The "store manager" hung up on me and when I tried to call back to get the unit number she refused to give me the actual unit number. But I did call corporate office on her. She needs to loose her job very rude not professional at all.

UPDATE* They gave him his money back, but they never called him to tell him that they were in the wrong. He went up there when he got off work and had to ask for it instead of the "manager" calling him like she said she would. Super unprofessional. I don't eat pizza but if I ever have a taste for it I will go to Domino's. They have better...

The pizza is awesome! So much better than it used to be .. Just hold on to your wallet, I lost $ 30.00 just going from the counter to the car! I guess I dropped it, but went straight back in, so, whoever took it, I hope you needed it, because it was all the money I had. The Pizza is fantastic! I realize that if anyone See's 30.00 bucks on the floor, of course they're going to pick it up. For someone to come and ask, what could've only been less than 4 minutes, it had to be one of them that saw me drop it and they chose to pick it up instead of tell me . I asked but no one seen nothing. I can't pin point the culprit, but Jesus knows who took it and they are not only lying, they're stealing. It was my fault for dropping it, but they're fault for taking it. Maybe they needed it more than I did. So, go check out Lil Ceasers! The food...

Great Pizza! Pizza! Probably the fastest in and out service I've ever had at this store. I ordered 4 pizzas that had to be made. From the time I walked in, ordered, paid and waited on my order to be made and walked out the door, 12 minutes. That was amazingly fast, in my opinion. Finally appeared to be a suitable number of employees scheduled to work. Many times I've been there and waited forever on an order with like maybe 4 employees. This visit was much improved over my previous visits. Keep this up and I'll be more than happy to give 5 Stars. I have to wait and make sure that this wasn't a fluke, first.
