Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lenox Township

I ordered a large coffee with hazelnut syrup and 2 orders of hash browns, extra crispy. Was nearly 10 minutes before anyone even came to the window. Then the people working drive thru were sitting here continuing their conversation while i’m waiting to get my change back. The guy literally stood there with half of my change in his hand and stopped to look at the lady and keep talking for a solid minute. Then he took forever to count out my change… the screen tells you exactly how much to give back… doesn’t seem that hard for a grown man to figure out. Then they got my coffee order wrong, twice. I asked for hashbrowns extra crispy (because they always undercooked here). Had to send them back twice because there was not one crisp on them edges.. and the last time they asked me to describe crispy to them… crispy is crispy yall. Idk who’s doing the hiring here but jeez louis! Wasted over 20 minutes of my life helping people learn how to...

When you use their app to order online it will let you purchase items that they do not have. For example a plant based breakfast sandwich. Okay, not many other options here and it's already paid for, let's do the veggie breakfast sandwich. Out of stock too.

For someone who is eats plant based they shouldn't advertise they have these products if they can't keep them in stock or at the very least update your app so that we can actually eat the food we paid for.

Also depending on who you get working and it truly seems there's only one good employee on the morning shift your toasted bagel may come out warm but not toasted and inconsistent with how much cream cheese is on your bagel.

If it weren't for the rare amazing experience we've had there 1 time with that 1 employee I'd give this place a 1 star. Customer service is essential if you want to keep your business open...

The worst dunkin donuts ever. I was at the drive thru at 0618pm 1/27/24 and was told that they will take my order momentarily saw the clock was at 0624pm already and a few minutes to close. And waited and waited and nobody took my order. So I pulled up and saw the guy sitting on his phone. So I went in the store and asked I waited at the drive thru and was told to wait and u are just sitting on your phone no customer just on your phone and you made a customer wait for no reason. I was planning on ordering donuts for everyone at work for our night shift. But was too upset and just ordered black coffee. He was apparently too busy on his phone to be bothered by a customer.
