Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Lenox Township

Ok i never do this, but due to the way I just got treated after countless misteaks on my orders, this time was the last straw. I ordered a greek salad. They put cheddar and they put mozzarella cheese all over it. Mind you I ordered 3 times the amount of feta when i placed the order. Not one piece of it was found on my salad. So after that i called up to this store and started to talk to a kid who sounded new, which was fine.. but he tried telling me that mozzeralla that was all over my salad was feta cheese.. it was long and stringy.. it looked nothing like crumbled feta. I even tasted it as they have rather distinctly different tastes. He was super nice but didn't know what was going on, so then he gave the phone to the GM. He gets on the phone and starts telling me that i don't know what I'm talking about and that he made that salad personally and it had feta all over it. I then responded to him stating they must have given me the wrong salad then because this is not it and does not have one piece of feta on it.. He continued to argue and try to talk over me and even told me to "STOP TALKING". I said to him I AM THE CUSTOMER are you actually getting loud with me? then I asked for his name and he tells me "IM THE GENERAL MANAGER" I had to ask 3 more times before he finally told me his name was garret. I'm incredibly disappointed in this guys idea of customer service and correcting a mistake/ handling a complaint. Finally he says they'll remake my salad and include some free bread. I actually don't remember leaving this review, but now 5 years later I'll update it. I've been getting pizza and wings here for about 8 years, and it has always been fine. I mean it's Howies, it's not fancy or pricey. I'm actually moving hours away from here tomorrow morning and the food I got today has me ready to leave! The pizza itself is fine, kinda cold despite me arriving near my pickup time. The bbq wings??? It's obvious they're running out of bbq or they made my order wrong initially because it's mixed with the Asian chili sauce. It really doesn't taste great. My other issue is this Caesar salad. After moving from out of state to Michigan .. I received a coupon from Hungry Howie’s New Haven location for a free medium one topping pizza. I called shortly after they opened in the morning and was addressed by a polite employee who took my order and told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived in that time frame and was greeted immediately by a friendly middle aged employee who handed me my pizza and thanked me for stopping in. Pizza taste is in the eye of the beholder .. and my grandson enjoyed every piece. Having a friendly and efficient staff in the competitive world of pizza pies .. is paramount. Because of the one employee who represented this location well .. I will drive a little further and return. I claimed my free pizza on Nov 30th shortly...
