A. This place needs adult supervision. Too many 16-19 year old employees who have zero care about their customers, or the company they work for. Sorry, not sorry, they are seriously not prepared to work there unsupervised.
B. In the afternoon of July 28th I stopped in at your Lewisburg location on Rte 15 and ordered an iced mocha. The boy taking the order asked me if I wanted cream and sugar.(???) I told him I did not want sugar or whipped cream added to it, just make a regular iced mocha.
The girl running drinks brought me a strange tasting iced coffee and told me" enjoy your mocha shot iced coffee" then went back to making drinks. Ummm, wait, where's the chocolate milk??
At the point she set the drink down, they all turned their backs on me and the two people behind me as if we didn't exist. Pisssed, I left rather than make a scene.
C. I had watched the same game play out with the group of 4 20 somethings who were ahead of me. They had things so messed up one of the girls who wanted a drink left in tears because the staff was not listening to her. Her boyfriend had to complete her order for her.
Mr/Mz Franchisee/ Owner: please square your people away. They are giving you, your business and the brand a very bad name.
Question: Doesn't Penna consumer law require a business to give a client a receipt, whether they request one or not ? I wasn't even offered one when I placed the order.

The woman at the window had a positive attitude but used unprofessional greetings, calling my (not even elderly) mother sweetheart several times. The second time we went through the drive thru, we ordered a small ice water and an apple juice for my toddler. I wanted her to have something healthy, and with a lid and a straw. When we got to the window, there was a new woman working the register. We were handed the bottled apple juice and a large iced water. We asked for a small cup and were told "I'll do it this time, but we do charge for cups" and when I said we ordered a small water, she cut me off, verified that she gave us a water, and when i tried to tell her it was for my toddler and we didnt want a large cup she cut me off again repeating that she would give us the cup "this time" like it was some kind of favor. She did not apologize for getting the order wrong despite my repeated efforts to make it clear that the size distinction made a difference. She also did not give us a lid with the small cup. The lid on the large cup did not fit, and I was left with no way to give my toddler her juice/water without risking her wearing it.

After being in line for over 5 minutes and only getting two out of 7 cars closer to ordering I pulled out of the line, parked and we went inside. I ordered the munchkins which were no where to be found on the menu. Neither were regular donuts (the girl at the regester couldn't find them either). I wasn't asked what kind I wanted or anything like that so I anticipated a mixture of the different kinds which is what I wanted. With one are holding my sleepy son, i grab the box with my free hand and I leave the store without looking inside first. Once we get to the car I open it up to find mostly chocolate ones with a few glazed on the bottom. That's it. I don't care for the chocolate ones but thankfully my little man liked them so I ate the handful of glazed ones buried at the bottom. It was all very annoying and irritating. This dunkin is poorly laid out and the entrance of the lot and the way its all set up makes it a hassle to begin with.
