Tonight was my last strike. Over the last few months I have noticed the sudden decline in customer service and quality at this establishment. Let me just give a brief rundown of the common issues that arise EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have stopped for a nice warm meal.
First, you'll arrive to the drive thru, usually to a line you sit in for about 10-15 minutes. When it is FINALLY your turn to order, you wait another few minutes before they finally acknowledge your presence. As you list off the order you've been craving so badly, you get the typical "sorry but we are out of (the food you wanted)". When you finally settle with what you didn't actually want, you arrive to the window where you must provide exact change or a card. Finally you'll be handed your sub-par, cold, underwhelming food with no response. Order was messed up, called to complain and the âmanagerâ was the most arrogant Iâve ever dealt with. Told me they were out of chocolate frostys and large frosty cups and I could call there daily if I wanted and he would give me a free order when the products were in. I got this wrong order via DoorDash so basically if they donât have what you order they give you whatever and you better like it.    Read moreFirst we waited a long time for someone to come on the drive-thru speaker. Then the girl couldnt understand a word I was telling her, I had to repeat it 3 times. She spoke so fast that I couldn't understand how much I owed for the food. Got to the pay window gave her $40 because I didn't know how much it was. I told her my I wanted mt receipt but she said she threw it out. I said I needed a receipt. I was told to pull to next window. I did and ask to speak to the Manger but they would not come to the window. At this point I took my food home to eat it. Well the sandwich wasn't right and a black thing fell out of it that looks like a mouse droppings. I tried to call the restaurant but no one answered the phone....
