I went recently for breakfast. It was not busy at the time of our arrival. The positives of the experience include that the food was good enough. It was very reminiscent of an average diner breakfast. The server also had a pleasant attitude. The negatives of the visit include that despite the friendly atmosphere, service was slow and basic requests were either late to be fulfilled or not at all. I had asked for artificial sweetener for my coffee right after the first cup was poured and our server brought it with my meal, so I had to wait to drink my now warm coffee while waiting for breakfast. I had four toast slices with my breakfast and it took two to use to eat with my eggs, so I requested a jelly for my final two slices. The jelly never came. While overall that would not have made the visit too bad, what really bothered me was the price. My 2 egg meal is advertised as coming with a meat, home fries/hash browns, and toast for $8.50. Our server asked if I'd like onions in my home fries and I said yes. At the end, looking at the bill, I noticed my breakfast was $8.50 and then the home fries added $2 and the onions added $.50. I also never received more than a single cup of coffee, which is a first in all my substantial diner experience. Overall, two of us had two basic breakfasts and two coffees and the total price was $35. That is far too expensive for an average diner breakfast. Overall I give it 3 stars generously, but I would not...
Read moreI’ve always love coming here. However today I decided to take myself out for breakfast as it’s my birthday. I was seen when I walked in. I immediately was seen by my server, got my coffee. Then was forgotten about. Now I too work in the food industry so I sat patiently. However after 15 mins or so going by, I made eye contact a couple times with the only other server on. Now keep in mind there was only 2 other tables of customers in at the time. She ignored me so I asked could I order please. Nothing… asked again referring to the other server as mine was behind the bar area and then out back in the kitchen are. Again no response or acknowledgment. So I stood up and asked again. My server then came over and after I apologized for doing so. And having a small conversation as the table I was at can “sometimes” be forgotten. The other server walked pass me and said to her table behind me”she’s rude” I don’t appreciate that as I tried to get her attention that she clearly ignored a few times. Maybe a little coaching on hospitality should be brought to...

Parking is not great, shared by 2 other businesses- 3 businesses in total sharing the parking. It can get cramped.
It looks like one large building so it can be confusing if it's your first time coming. On the south end is a door for a business, cannot remember the name, the middle is the cafe and the north end is a hair salon. The cafe is not labeled very well so, again, it can be confusing.
When you walk in, it is super cute! It holds a good crowd, comfortable setting and the wait staff are super friendly. Food is above average, sensible pricing and portions fit the bill.
The chairs need a little fixing, I kept wobbling back and forth - something was broken/off.
My husband and I ordered the same thing: french toast, homefries and bacon. Yummy
I will be back for sure - I want to try...
