I ordered online for my food. The doordasher left my pizza on a snow covered doorstep because I live on the 3rd floor and he refused to do his job and call like he's supposed to. I proceeded to call the restaurant and was answered by a rude employee who told me it's not their fault it's door dash and hung up in my face. Lets not forget, a hot pizza sitting on top of snow equals a soggy pizza box, in turn, soggy pizza. So at the moment I'm out of a pizza. Pizza hut just flat out stop answering the phone for me to keep from refunding me. The pizza WAS NOT made right, the Big New Yorker comes with pepperoni and neither of my pizzas had any, the bones chicken wings were nugget sized, and the sauce was just squirter over a few nuggets instead of covering the meat. So in return, im waiting for the upper level management to decide if I can get a refund or not. This is a pathetic excuse for customer service if I ever encountered it. Read moreThe food is good, but there is one delivery guy they ALWAYS send to our house. He WALKS INTO THE HOUSE to deliver our pizza. No knocking, no notice. He just walks right in. We have to be very careful to hear his car door when he pulls up so we can greet him outside, otherwise he just comes into our house. I’ve been on the couch in the living room and turned around to just see him standing there. He doesn’t really talk much either. We’ll say “thanks” or “have a good night” but he just lightly mumbles something and walks away. Guy gives me and my husband the f*#%ing creeps.
We’ve had a few great delivery people in the past, so we’re not willing to completely give up on the only pizza place that delivers to us quite yet, but we’re getting really close to calling time out...
Read moreI ordered a pan pizza. I asked Christopher to repeat my order to make sure it was accurate. My husband picked up the pizza and brought it home. Wrong pizza. We called back and were told that they could not help us since we had reached corporate. Apparently, when they get too busy at the restaurant, calls get forwarded to corporate eventhough they are totally helpless except to take orders incorrectly. I called the restaurant again and asked to talk to a manager. No apology. She said to return the pizza and they would give us the pan pizza. I asked for delivery since it was their error. No. I asked for compensation since it was their error. No. I have lived in Utah for the last 9 years and got spoiled with excellent customer care. Welcome back to Maine and...
