The 2 managers there are rude,and very unprofessional. Shivan and Jo I was in the drive thru and was rudely yelled at for not waiting a few minutes for my mobile order. Then I went into the store a few days later to get my order and Erica was slamming stuff because she was asking drinks. If you don't like your job then maybe you shouldn't be making drinks. Wish people were always happy like two others there. I'm really glad the store opened and I don't have to wait an hour to order. They always seem to have stuff and are nice. But the last 4 times I've gone the drinks stink. Someone who is making them must wear a bunch of perfume because the cups smell so bad. It stinks my car up and my room smelled too. I went today and spent another 8.00 on a drink that made us sick. I’m a travel nurse new to the area and have been going to this Starbucks before my shifts. No matter how early I put my order in and how empty the store is, there is always a wait. I feel like they don’t start making your order until you’re physically there which defeats the purpose of me putting in my order beforehand. They also forget parts of your order often.
