Unfortunately I had a bad experience with us place. My husband and I were so excited to try it from all the great reviews. We first came Saturday night 5/14 and decided to wait and come back the following day because of the long line. Sunday 5/15 I placed an order online went to run an errand before heading that way, so there was more than enough time to have the order ready. I arrived and of course the line was long again, I went up to the worker and told her I was picking up an order she told me I had to wait in line, I then told her I placed an online order and it said it would be ready at 6:02pm it was 6:15pm when I got there!! She then told me b/c they’re so sort staff I still had to wait in the drive thur line. So I then asked for a refund, b/c what’s the point of placing an online order all to come to here and still have to wait in a line? I was shocked when she came back with the refund receipt, b/c 1.you’ll rather give a refund than to have a happy customer 🙁 & 2.for the amount of time I was waiting for the refund they could of just made my order, wouldn’t you think?? So what really ticked me off I went over to McDonald’s, settled for an ice cream cone and seen a guy get out of his car headed to the door of BB’s and came back with his order smh!! Just horrible, poor customer service! My advice coming from someone who worked in customer service/retail for 10+years maybe have someone working on online orders only so this doesn’t happen to another...

I visited this establishment and had a fantastic experience. The shop is located in a great area and is easy to find. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who were eager to help me select my flavors. The menu had a great variety of options, from classic flavors like cherry and blue raspberry to more unique ones like pineapple and watermelon. I decided to try the "Tiger's Blood" flavor, which was a blend of strawberry, watermelon, and coconut. It was absolutely delicious! The texture of the ice was perfect - fluffy and easy to eat without being too crunchy or hard. The syrup was evenly distributed throughout the cone, so every bite was full of flavor. Plus, the portion size was generous, making it a great value for the price. The shop itself was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating available inside and outside. The atmosphere was lively and had colorful decorations adding to the ambiance. Overall, I highly recommend anyone looking for a tasty and refreshing treat on a hot day. This was the first time I had taken my mom to Bahama Bucks. I always bragged about it, but this experience really fell through. We waited 40 minutes for two snow cones… 15 minutes into our wait, I politely asked on of the employees how much longer it would be. She said there were 2-3 orders ahead of mine, and assured me it would not be much longer. I guess it takes 25 minutes to make 2-3 orders then… I noticed the drive thru lane was moving fairly quickly. It was disappointing that the workers seemed to cater to the drive thru lane much faster than the customers inside. Finally, we got our snocones. I paid an extra dollar to try the bomb pop snocone, and it looked like I got half of a bomb pop with my order. It was just a very disappointing experience and unfortunately did not live up to the hype. My mom was less than impressed :(

P.S. When we were waiting, we saw a worker carrying a block of ice above his head with his bare hand and no gloves. Not very sanitary. Every other worker was wearing gloves so I am not sure why he wasn’t. I know that ice wasn’t in my snocone because mine came out 30...
