Will never go and eat here again❗️❗️❗️ Went this past Saturday, 09/22/2018, my fiancé and I both ordered subs. We were both hungry because neither of us had not eaten all day. It took 45 minutes for us to get our meal❗️❗️ Our food was cold except for my fried okra. Which I have to admit it is good. But anyway, My sub was Totally Cold, My Fiancés was all the way spilt into and his hot chip was cold. Unfortunately, he ate half of his sub because he was hungry and I refused to eat my sandwich Be I was waiting for the waitress to come back by. Instead someone else did and asked and I told them. By the time they remade mine and didn’t even to remake my fiancé’s. I received a reply, supposedly from the owner of J Butlers, and was told to call Dustin the manger at another location, which I did. He informed me and guaranteed that he would fill in the “District Manager”, and have her return my call on Monday, October 1, 2018. Initially, walking into the restaurant the hostess was very nice, perky, and lively which got us excited for our "J. Butler's" experience. But the fun stopped there. Our waitress was very off putting, and had ZERO personality. When she took our order she didn't write anything down and this proved to be a mistake when the food arrived. Which... Honestly was a huge disappointment. We ordered the Nachos to start off and by GOD was that a mistake! The menu depiction had a good heavy layer of cheese and chips but; when it arrived the chips didn't even take up the whole plate AND the cheese was more of a flavorless Queso than the Nachos cheese pictures on the menu. Then, even worse the burger. Not only did my burger come with half the ingredients missing but the Patty itself was BURNT. You could honestly get a more flavorful Patty at a gas station. Speaking of frozen, the Mac & Cheese I got as a side LITERALLY was as cold as ice, not a very convincing microwave in the back if you ask me. Afterwards I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the towel dispenser was COVERED in gunk! I used to be a fan of this place, but not anymore. Me and the person I came with ordered a sweet tea and a water and (for the restaurant I being MAYBE a third full) that took 10 minutes for our unenthusiastic waitress to get. I was already on the verge of walking out by this point, but then the food came. My friend ordered mozzarella sticks as her meal and they were $12, which wouldn’t be a big deal except the SIX sticks weren’t all that cheesy, almost tasted like they’d been under the warmer for a while, and not to mention each stick was not even the size of my index finger. To add insult to injury, they’ve suddenly put a 3% surcharge if you’re using a card. Even worse, when we were sat down, there was a hostess and we were seated, we were put in an elevated booth, which was troublesome (tolerable, but still) for me having to use a cane at the moment. When we gave our unenthusiastic waitress the bill with cash, she never came back with our change, so she got that and a little more as her tip. Y’all need to fix these issues before I ever set foot in your establishment again.
