EDIT REVIEW Manager in the morning is pretty amazing and I keep ordering my order the same way and she makes it work without any complaints. So thank you so much . Order my coffee no ice and manager got mad when I requested a cup of ice , scolded a teenager on the window in Spanish by Manager , and made my coffee wrong anyway. No whip cream and no caramel on it. Burger was cold and, I mean I paid for it , I’ll get it any way I want it right. UPDATE Decided to go again for a coffee and a double cheeseburger, another manager arguing about my coffee with no ice, I asked nice if he could out more milk on it, and I was asked to park and they started talking laughing and arguing about me not wanting ice on my coffee. I do not see the problem of my preference of no ice, I’m not asking for more coffee or caramel. I know it cost extra to add other ingredients, I would pay for a thing of milk . But what gets me is the argument for my order, and the nasty attitude, I asked for my coffee back because at that point I’m not parking for a coffee that’s is made and just needed more milk, than the manager tells me no, as he is remaking my coffee and won’t give me that one back. I asked him if I need to call customer service and make a complaint about this issue, he said call whom ever you want make as many complains as you want and that’s fine with us. FOR A COFFEE. Read moreAfter today's experience I will never visit or eat at McDonalds. I went to the drive thru around 450pm, I placed my order twice the a guy, he repeated the order incorrect each time. I could tell by his laughter he appeared to think it's funny and body shame me. I left and entered the inside counter requesting to speak to the manager. A tall guy named Alberto said he is the manager. As I proceed to tell him my experience in the drive through he then walks away and bring a girl back with dark hair and black glasses after speaking spanish to her. The girl tells me he doesnt speak English and what she help me with. I tell her what occured, then a guy comes from the back, named Aden confronting, me saying are you talking about me. I told him I'm talking to the manager, the guy then tells me she not the manager. The girl then laughs and walks away. The supposedly manager alberto tells me he can speakEnglish. At this point they clearly are unprofessional and childish. I ask for the corporate number and the names of the employees. I was given the incorrect number. This should not be tolerated and this business practice at this location is a jok, bunch of kids that dont know how to conduct business. I will take my business to sonic or burgwe king. Went through the drive-thru the lady taking my order could barely understand English and as such could not get my order right ,I had to repeat my order 4 to 5 times before I just decided to give up and go inside. Once inside I decided to order on the kiosk and I was halfway through swiping my gift cards to pay when the kiosk just voided my transaction. Went to the desk to reorder and the staff member missed three of my items on my original order. So as they were making my order I went back to the kiosk and ordered the items that they missed upon getting my second order One of the staff members walked over to my table and started looking at my receipt and assumed that I had either tried to steal or taken the wrong order and I had to convince her that no I had to order two separate orders because they messed up my order at the counter.
