What even is a Japanese cheesecake? I honestly don’t know, but if I had to choose my last meal, it would be Aunt Fluffy’s Japanese Cheesecake. This cake is so unbelievably good, I can’t stop thinking about it. It’s like if clouds and pound cake had a deliciously fluffy love child that I want to eat every single day.
I brought this masterpiece to a party, and let’s just say, I became the dessert legend of the night.
The cake is SO cute. They offered me the option to add toppings, so duh, I added them. White chocolate was my personal favorite but each flavor was a crowd pleaser depending on your personal flavor. I also just love the plain one. We got ours with Oreo, pistachio, white chocolate (which is like a bite of heaven), Nutella, and more. I recommend getting a large if you want to share with a family or other people.
They also have virgin mojitos that are FRESH! They literally make them and CAN them right in front of you. We got two different ones and we brought them to a party for mixers. SO good. plus the can is super cute too.
The place is super cute inside. Definatly a place to bring your computer and relax or have a little date night. They also have ice cream there.
If you’re looking for a cake that will haunt your dreams in the best way possible, Aunt Fluffy’s is where it’s at. I’m telling you, this is the dessert I want to eat forever. Your taste buds will be forever grateful, and you’ll be the coolest person...
Read moreI saw Mr. Fluffy, and then this one nearby. I cannot compare between the two or the fluffy cheesecakes in Japan. Not sure just how new this location is. But here we are. Are they fluffy? Yes. And jiggly, like you'd expect. Airbubbles and lightness galore. Try not to compare to NY cheesecake because it's not meant to be dense, sweet, or rich. I chose to get pistachio topping. I could smell it, but I didn't get a flavor to it. Nor to the cheesecake, really. The menu is small so it makes sense that the display/food case was limited. Atmosphere, or decor is a bit mixed up, like the business is young and building. Only one staff member, but also, I was the only one there at the time. Quick and easy transaction - no complaint.
This shopping area seems to be transitioning with some new businesses coming up and a few solidly established businesses as well. Hopefully this location will see more folks and this business gets the opportunity to thrive. It's a fun food idea (trendy) to bring to the area and more folks should know about...
Read moreSo I don't know who Aunt Fluffy is but her cheese cake and mixers are tha 💣💥!! When you walk in the atmosphere is modern and Poppin! (Check my pics). That Japanese Cheesecake is lite, airy, not rich but just the perfect amount of sweetness, fluffy, melts in mouth, and delectable! And we washed in down with a Mojito which was absolutely delicious and the mint was lite and not over powering! Best Mojito I've ever had!👏🏻👏🏾👏🦾. The tropical Splash was thirst quenching, refreshing and just right amount of bite! Perfect sweetness in both these drinks! The healthiest I've felt eating cheesecake and a refresher!
