Usually we LOVE this place, but this day was sorely lacking in all respects. We sat outside and it was like we were in the forgotten zone. Our food took forever to get to us...and the pizza was not even cooked all the way!! The middle was soggy and we couldn't pick it up to eat the slices. We ordered the cheesecake without realizing it...it showed up at the table while we were waiting for our inattentive waiter to show up so we could order dessert.... and had we known we ordered it, we would have ordered 2. The other couple we were with wanted to share a slice as well. Once ordered, it took, no lie, 20 minutes to get it!!! We waited to eat ours so we could all enjoy dessert together. After about 10 minutes, we inquired of another server (our server was looking very busy and running around like there was a fire somewhere, but the place had emptied out while we were waiting for our food) where it was and she said it was coming. No ETA. Another 10 minutes passed before it was on the table...and no utensils to eat it with! Ours came with 2 spoons. Our friends received a place setting with a fork and knife (!) as an afterthought by another server to share theirs! By that time, ours was soggy and melted and not tasty at all. And to top it all off, our water glasses were not filled. This was our friends' first time there...we suggested it to them because we have never had a bad experience...I don't need to...

After 2 years of a hiatus from this place due to a terrible experience we thought we would try this place again. We heard they had a new menu with some new items. Looks like nothing has changed. This place has been open how long? The place is terribly organized.

Just spent 2 hours of my life waiting for 2 pizzas and a pretzel here. Was sat at 6:17 pm and ordered an appetizer. Took almost an hour to get our appetizer. Then almost another hour to get our 2 pizzas. I ( the dad) tried to tell the rest of the family to leave but they were persistent and we stayed.

This was AFTER we brought to the attention to our waitress that we were waiting so long. She said it was because they didnt have enough servers and were not expecting it to be so busy but the bottom line is that people were sat 30 mins after us, got the same food we ordered and left before we were served. We ordered 2 pizzas. One had pep and olives, the other mushrooms.

Just seemed like they were very disorganized. The waitress seemed like she was just embarrassed and we felt bad for her.

Seems like this boiled down to them trying to fill to-go-uber orders before the people in the dining area were fed.
