OH WOW!!!! This place is very clean and casual. Simple and without being loud. The server was so sweet and very prompt in taking care of me. The menu is very simple and basic with a nice selection to choose from. Check out the daily specials that are posted on the wall behind the register. I had the taco plate with goat, barbacoa and fajita. All the meats were moist and very tender. The corn tortillas were fresh pressed and the tacos were dressed with cilantro and onions. Rice and refried beans with some grilled onions and jalapeno rounded out the plate. They provided chips and salsa. Two bottles of salsa that were both very good. Creamy avocado and a fiery habanero were both full of flavor. I love little places like this where you can stop in for a quick lunch or dinner. The simplicity of it makes it relaxing and the service feels great.

Read moreThis was my first visit to this place. My first impression walking in was that the dining area was pretty big for a taqueria and it was very clean. The lady working behind the counter was very nice and welcoming. Service was above average.
I ordered the street taco plate. It was a little on the pricey side, but did include complimentary chips and salsa which is not typical with most taquerias. The steak tacos were above average for what I typically expect. The rice and beans were good. The Mexican rice was just rice and I liked that because I don’t like vegetables such as peas in my Mexican rice.
In regards to their salsas, I tried three of them. I didn’t care for the salsa roja. The salsa verde was okay, but was lacking flavor. The house salsa was a little too thin for my liking, but it did have a good flavor. Overall, a good...
Read moreSo I have to admit I didn't have big expectations since this location has had probably half a dozen different restaurants come and go in the last 25 years. Locals, you know what I mean 😂 BUT this was a very welcome surprise, a hidden gem around the back side of a gas station. The food was outstanding, the service was excellent, the prices were reasonable, the portion size was perfect. I got the taco platter, pastor on corn tortillas, and would absolutely order it again if there weren't so many other things I need to try on my next trip! The salsa they served with the chips was pretty mild but had a great flavor. I went at lunchtime and there was no wait, but a fairly steady stream of customers. Will...
