Where do I begin 1st this is the 3rd time that I have ordered using Uber eats to place an order from this location and when I received my food I did not get what I ordered. I ordered a shake a bacon king meal one drink and 1 shake as well as 2 pies, What I received was the bacon king meal, 2 drinks with no flavor just carbonated water, no shake, 3 pies. I'm to say the least bit irritated as this is the 3rd time that this is happened while ordering food from this location either via the drive-through or from the Uber eats app. It would be conducive based on the ideal principle of good customer service that the staff here was properly trained and how to read in order when it comes in through the system and then it's backed in the proper fashion so that the customer receives what they ordered. It would also behoove this location to answer the phone should a customer have a question query or otherwise inquiry to their order or the store based on customer service and principle as well I have called this location for well over 20 minutes only to have the line ring incessantly with no answering. How hard is it in the idea principle of being in the service industry to exude the utmost positive reflection of your business practice by offering above and beyond service to your customers yet you can't even answer the phone or have a manager answer the phone to ensure that the customer is getting taken care of this is extremely bothersome I'm extremely disappointed in this location's service as well as their etiquette I will not be ordering from this location again let this be a fair warning to any of you who read these reviews to understand what you're going to get from this location Barely minimal effort 30% capability of the staff to fill your order the way you processed it. Be forewarned. To the team here....Do Better. To the owner of the location, learn to train your staff better and hold them...
Read moreFast food. An establishment where it was designed to trained the untrain and provide them with skills. A possible area if work where a teenager with no skills can develop fundamentals of the workforce; and become a productive member of society. It has helped to boost confidence with those that are lacking certain areas and improve a lifestyle.
Unfortunately, it seems this particular store does not have that fundamental established. It is my fault, as I consistently visit this store out of "convenience," when it is anything but. Many a times have I positioned myself at this restaurant only to be met with disappointment.
One disappointment was during a lunch. I arrived at the drive thru. Waited literally five full minutes without even just a "we will be with you shortly," or any type of initial contact. I don't mind waiting, but when acknowledgment of the customers arrival has not been addressed, it screams untrained and bad leadership. When finally acknowledged, my order was placed with quite an melancoly sounding associate. After order was taken, I sat in the line for fifteen minutes. I decided to leave without getting my food because of work time constraints have been sucked up due to the queue.
A consistent morning trend with this restaurant is to have people wait around the corner after placing the order. Which to me sounds like they are duping their time tables to make it seem like they are serving food fast. I should hope that the leadership looks into that, as someone is not leading the time to victory.
All in all, if I could give this place a 0 stat I would. This establishment needs much...
Read moreI've avoided this location for about two years after a bunch of previous poor experiences. Decided to give them another shot today to see if there was any improvement.
Nope.
Ordered ahead so it would be ready and I would not have to wait for my food. Nope. I still got the "please pull around and park and wait five or ten minutes". Makes their metric at the window look good, as if they'd served the order quickly, but it doesn't make for a happy customer.
Missing an item from the order. Shocker... the shake machine was being cleaned. They offered an item substitution with half the value of what I paid, so essentially pocketing a couple bucks difference. To the employee's credit she did add a second sub item when I pointed out the price difference, to equal the original value - but that shouldn't even be necessary. If an item can't be filled, you either refund it, or you offer a choice of a higher value item for the inconvenience. Customer service 101.
Guess it's gonna be at least a few more years before I try again. At least they're consistent; you can always count on subpar service. It's a shame that the chicken fries are freaking delicious, when it's just not worth the...
